I have visited this location 3 times since I moved to the area the first time I was served to buy a somewhat grouchy young man who took my order For some bagels and cream cheese. He seemed to be in a hurry for me to get what I wanted and go. off-putting, but I let it go.My second visit was much more pleasant. I was greeted promptly and the food I received was very good. This was an early afternoon visit.This evening for my third visit. It was about 6 o'clock pm. I walked into the store anf there were other customer's dining. There was no line at the register. I saw several people working busily in the kitchen. One of whom made Eye contact but did not say anything period after about 10 minutes of standing there. Feeling quite ignored. I turned around and left feeling ignored. I decided to take my business elsewhere. I very much doubt I will try a fourth time.

Paneras is efficient, offers pick up service. The preparation of food is very fast. The dining area is homey, comfortable and with a fireplace in cold weather. Great place to meet friends for lunch or pastry. Their croissants are flaky and light. Get there early or they will be sold.l

This is the second restaurant in this area I stopped at that was out of many things. This Panera bread had no muffins of any kind first thing in the morning so being you're a bakery, that's a little high on the perspective list of how you get rated.

Went into grab a bagel with some cream cheese. As a doordasher I was starving. I proceeded to spread the cream cheese on my everything bagel slice. I never used anything but Philadelphia cream cheese. I was quickly disappointed when I was spreading the cream cheese on my bagel I bit into my bagel I was not pleased. I thought that was consistency I've never ordered from Panera Bread, and now for sure I will never go back. My stomach is turning in dismay.... And not just for the price of a single bagel with spoiled????? Cream cheese. 7/5/2023 930am. If I could post the photo... you 2 would be disappointed and disgusted
