I have nothing but great experiences every time I am at the Juicery! The staff is kind, quick, and enthusiastic and Hannah is just the best! Their food is 10/10. I am so happy about their new gluten-free wraps, I keep recommending the chicken caesar wrap to everyone!

One of the best juice bars in Pittsburgh! Our whole family loves coming here, especially our son. The awaken smoothie is his favorite!

Horrible! It literally took 30 minutes for 4 smoothies and nobody even stood out front unless the door dinged. The smoothies them selves were chunky and not at all what they USED to be.

The Juicery is a great concept in theory, but disappointedly falls below the bar. On the plus side, the restaurant has a great aesthetic to it. The menu offers a variety of smoothies, juices, protein drinks, and different toasts, amongst other things. On the downside, we found the service and quality of food to be subpar. Our food took a long time to come out (despite us being the only customers in the store at the time). Everything arrived out at different times, and with a long gap in time between each item we ordered. The woman working at the front desk was somewhat helpful when we first came in (although she didn't seem to know what items were in stock), but soon retired to her laptop. She didn't really ask how anything was or say anything when we left. I think a lot of their food items were simple and for the quality of what we were served, I felt confident I could make it at home for less money with higher quality ingredients. I probably wouldn't return here again unless things were revamped a bit.

I don't know if someone new took over this place, but my recent experience was awful. I got a creamy cold brew smoothie and it tasted like dirt, and to make things worse, it was warm. You could at least throw some ice in there or something...
The location is great and the interior of the juicery is gorgeous. However, the smoothies we purchased were almost inedible. We got a peanut butter bliss that was room temperature and so thick I couldn’t get it through the straw, and when I did get a sip it tasted like pure peanut butter. We ordered strawberry banana and it had no flavor and was very watery. For the price of the smoothies (13$), we were really disappointed.

Went down and had the pleasure of meeting suzie. She was very knowledgeable about the products that are sold here. Very helpful. She was very pleasant and was refreshing to be able to walk into an establishment and have this kind of service. Someone who loves their job and what they do! Been popping in from time to time but Susie has me sold to keep coming back!
Parking: Parking lot and off street close by
Kid-friendliness: Little seating area with kid friendly toys.

I ordered a bowl and a smoothie. The girl was sweet and couldn’t figure the bowl out because there were no frozen pineapples. I agreed to have her make it into a smoothie instead, it was warm and had an awful taste. Definitely no granola in there, it was like soup. The smoothie wasn’t very good either. Very disappointed. How can you make fruit taste that bad?

I’ve been here 4 times and love having a healthier option around, but the inconsistency makes me not want to come back. Some times the service is very nice, other times you are waiting 5 mins for someone to come out front, only to be cut by someone who just walked in the door, then be completely ignored still after the person has ordered and you have to ask the person at the register if you can order. I’ve ordered a hot americano and received cold water in my cup. I’ve ordered a smoothie expecting it to be cold and it was room temp. The wait time for the drinks seems a little long… I’ve been to many juice/smoothie bars and this is by far the longest wait I’ve ever experienced every time I come. I rate it a 3 stars because when the drinks come out like they are supposed to it’s delicious. I’m going to give them a couple more chances, but right now, 3/4 visits are an “L” for me.

Great establishment! I recently tried the 3 day juice cleanse and enjoyed it a lot. The drinks taste great, help reduce inflammation, and are an easy way to consume fruits and vegetables. Highly
