Great upscale experience. Perfect for dining with friends and family. Well staffed with attentive servers. Great food and drinks. Love the happy hour prices (bar only).

We had the crispy pancakes - very good. The Bloody Mary was a little too spicy for me, but others may like it like that. The server was excellent.

Our server Tyler was OUTSTANDING. All of your staff is always great but she was above and beyond.

Unique and tasty food. The breakfast selections were great! I had the grain bowl with a crab cake ( not breakfast) that was excellent

Loved our breakfast, but enjoy being in front room booth better than where we were seated this week! We go to The Lot for Sunday breakfast 3-4 times a month.

Always enjoy brunch at The Lot at Edgewater. It's a tradition when we come to town. The menu includes options for our whole group -- including those of us with diet restrictions,

The food was good as we went for breakfast. Very unique entrees on the menu. Very expensive for breakfast, too. Make sure you look at your check, though. The server ran our credit card on the wrong check.

I will always come back but the beef carpaccio was not good. Meat should be leaner and much thinner. It was not good.

My turkey club was delicious. The Cobb salad with chicken, the chicken was overcooked. One of the beef with caramelized onions had a lot of gristle. Desserts were great. Hazelnut creme brulee and cheese cake. Service was excellent.

Delightful evening at The Lot at Edgewater. Our food was expertly prepared (although it was a bit salty). We had a great booth in the bar area so the vibe was lively but we could still enjoy some conversation. The entire experience was enhanced by our server, Tyler, who was knowledgeable and energetic with an excellent sense of timing. Thank you for a really fun evening.

Our waitress was great. Filet was one of the best i've had in a while. Crab cake had a little too much filler than I prefer but still had good flavor.

The service last evening at the Lot in Oakmont was great, most of the food was top notch the calamari was great along with the steaks and pork chop but the chicken parm was not up to the Lot's standards, dry, chewy in parts and cold. Nice evening but an unfortunate choice for me and one other guest. Will definitely go back but not for the parm.

Nice place with good food but some things could be better. It's huge. Good "bar" food, good oysters. I had the burger and it was fantastic, my wife had salmon which was average at best. Nice drink selection including beer but they do no have a chilled beer glass?!? Huh? Even our server apologized , saying that it made no sense. We went when it was near sun down and were seated near the windows in the bar at a high table. The sun glaring through the cheap shades was unbearable. Our table and two others were forced to move our chairs and tables around ourselves to make it palatable. Maybe a better quality shade is needed? We will go back but keep our order to the bar food. Burgers, onion rings etc. with a beer. For that its a nice spot.

5 Stars – A True Gem and Great Discovery!

I had the pleasure of visiting The Lot At Edgewater for the first time when I met up with some dear friends, and what a great find it turned out to be! From start to finish, everything about our experience hit the mark.

The restaurant itself is relatively new and has a beautifully designed interior with an open, airy layout. Sunlight pours in through large windows, creating a bright and cheerful atmosphere that feels both modern and welcoming. It’s clean, thoughtfully arranged, and spacious without losing that cozy charm. Our group of five fit perfectly and comfortably, but you can tell it can suit anything from a brunch date to a bigger celebration.

Our server, David VG, was outstanding, clearly living up to those “Very Good” initials! Friendly, attentive, and on top of everything without being intrusive. His service genuinely enhanced the overall experience. Thanks, David!

Now, on to the food, which absolutely blew me away. Everything was served hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The portions were very generous; if you walk away hungry, it’s your own fault! The crab bisque deserves its own moment of praise, hands down, the best I’ve ever had. David even shared that it’s so beloved, the restaurant doesn’t even bother offering a second soup. Trust me, they don’t need to.

For our entrees, we had a mix of four sandwiches and one breakfast dish, and every single plate was a hit. Generous, flavorful, and satisfying. We wrapped up the meal with a shared order of beignets, which were awesome but an enormous portion, we almost couldn’t finish them… but we dug deep and made it happen! Soft, warm, and dusted in sugar paired with both a chocolate and mixed berry jam, the perfect sweet finale.

In summary: If you’re local, this should already be in your rotation. And if you’re within an hour’s drive, make the trip, you won’t regret it. The Lot At Edgewater is a fresh, delicious, and genuinely enjoyable spot that’s definitely worth your time. I will absolutely be back!

We did make reservations which I highly recommend, especially if you have a larger party.

Ate outside on a beautiful sunny day but for some reason the fire pits were on and it was too hot. Everything else was good.
