Found a piece of plastic in an Italian hoagie we ordered. My husband found it in his mouth. Sent them a message with no response. Will never order from there again!!!
Placed a timed order almost an hour in advance. Food was still 25 minutes late. I asked for the food to be returned and given a refund. I was rudely and flat out told no them hung up on. THEN I was called back, accused of trying to get food for free and told that I was my fault that the driver was late. Told not to call again and hung up on again.
