I came here with my son for a school program. I really do not have anything nice to say. We started out with 1000 points at the arcade. That sounds like a lot right? Well it is not. The games cost 120-180 points so you go through 1000 quickly. Now we get 2 go cart rides. We have been standing in line over an hour and my son is still not in a go cart. The atmosphere is what I would call industrial gloomy. It is dark and none of the staff are smiling. This is not really a fun atmosphere and the waits are deplorable. The bottom line is I will not be back and cannot reccomemd this place to others. In 2 words "no fun."

Katie was amazing to our group she made us feel very welcome and even took the time to say happy birthday to my mom. She is great and because of her we will continue to return for our bowl nights, the bowling facility is already amazing but Katie makes it so much better. Thank u so much Katie?

I booked 2 bowling lanes for my son's 5th birthday party last week and 6 hours prior to my reservation, a woman called and cancelled my reservation because they have "corporate" coming. My son is devastated and now I have to tell everyone invited that there is no birthday party sorry Arnolds ruined your weekend and my son's birthday.

I cannot say enough good things about this place . Very organized very friendly and not bad prices . Everything everywhere for entertainment is expensive now after 2020 , but you can experience a lot of fun for less than 100$ here . My last visit was 2020, and they have upgraded a lot . Go karts and the staff especially at the go karts are so fun and awesome. You can tell they love their job and it reflects on your driving experience 2 thumbs up to the crew there! We only did go karts and arcade this time , but I recommend all of the other attractions. A lot of virtual rides , bowling, food , adult beverages and of course laser tag . We will definitely be back . No pics today because I left my phone in the car .

This place is overpriced for the quality of the environment. It's a big money grab at this point. Employees are miserable, the place smells like feet, and is kinda just gross and run down. You are given foam golf balls, too for Mini-golf. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Didn't eat the food but by the smell and look of everyone else's I assume it's equally to chucky cheese level. The bartender was very nice. Place was bigger than I had expected tho there somehow wasn't a lot to do there. Arcade was tiny, smelled a lot like mildew. The race car track took over an hour for one ride and the place was pretty empty.

GO ANYWHERE ELSE!! THE MOST DEPRESSING "FUN CENTER" I'VE EVER SEEN! Arrived at open (11 AM) but it wasn't really open. There were employees wandering aimlessly but they all were avoiding eye contact and doing literally anything. It is now an hour and a half later and I purchased rides/ games but there is no one to actually run any of the attractions. An employee literally just came and pulled the gate down on the ticket redemption counter, which was previously open. This place should be shut down! I can't believe I spent money here. Another father had to go badger employees to come to a station. Once the riders/ kids who wanted to ride were gone the employees scattered and basically ran away. Out of 8 rides/ attractions we had to pull teeth to get 2 staffed. The package I paid for included all day bouncing and kid rides but only the toddler bounce was inflated and the rides were non-existant. The larger bounce house was not inflated bc employees claimed they didn't have anyone to sit at it, which was definitely untrue. Employees were all over just avoiding customers. Half of their games were broken. I wasted my money and my time and I would suggest you avoid this place at all costs!!!FYI: someone did come over to man the ticket counter but as soon as I mentioned playing for tickets near him, the attendant left and shut the gate again.STAY AWAY!!

I've been to Arnold's Family Fun Center twice, once for a friend of my daughter's birthday party, and again with my family. The price for the rides are insanely expensive given what you get, not to mention the staff operating the rides having a depressed and nonchalant demeanor. There are plenty of options in the area that are a better deal than Arnold's. Don't waste your time or money
