The restaurant definitely deserves its own review! The staff are fantastic and super personable. My wife and I were here for 31 days in April/May of 2022, and we had breakfast here almost every morning. We try to stay all-natural with food, and they were willing to work with us. The small breakfast buffet, which is open to the public at Hilton Garden Inn, , is quite good, if a little pricey at $13. One thing that won me over immediately was the nice pile of very crisp bacon. No digging through rubbery bacon to get to the crisp stuff! The deep fried potatoes with peppers were also delicious, as were the made to order pancakes. Another plus, the beautiful ambience and the very friendly, attentive servers.
