I've heard of and seen a lot of videos of Cafe Excellence LLC and maybe it's just another hyped up millennial place to eat but I found myself in LA that day and ended up going.

A little over a year ago I found out I could order my favorite coffee online and found memories of my dad’s cafe came flooding back. Recently, we had a little blip in our usual order. I was so pleased with my experience with customer service who quickly corrected my order and threw in some extra treats too. Great customer service always goes a long way in my book.
