Management is downright an illegal operation. Horribly understaffed, and the word is that they're manipulating their schedule to make it look like more people are working than there actually are. They are liars and treat their staff terribly. Avoid this Starbucks at all cost, they are allergic to hard workers and seem to want their customers to suffer because of it. They also just fired their best barista, one day after she put in her notice, for "talking negatively about the job", when all she did was tell her coworkers she was resigning. I'm sure they'll use this review as an excuse to say they were right, but guess what, you can't fire someone for something they said after you fired them. That's backwards.
Everyone in management should be fired and they're being reported.
Firing someone out of retaliation is illegal. I wish you good luck on fabricating incident reports to cover yourself, it won't work. "You can report this to the hotline, too". Guess what? Unlike your fabrication of employee logs, this won't be reported to the Starbucks hotline, it will be reported to OSHA.

Got a latte from this location. I don’t know if the Oatmilk was rotten or if they somehow otherwise contaminated the drink, unfortunately I was on the road and I could not go back and return it or complain, but it made me sick within 30 minutes after drinking that. It was very awful.

Nice job, my wife’s pumpkin spice latte was very good. She loved it. Quick friendly service. End it was able to pick up a great Christmas goodie for my daughter.

Sounded exhausted they even had to take my order when no one else was even there then didn’t put the espresso in my drink. This was supposed to be an iced shaken espresso with oatmilk and brown sugar and it’s just oatmilk and brown sugar which i paid 6.50 for. This has happened to me in this same location constantly, they just don’t put espresso in espresso drinks. my fault for coming back.

Definitely never coming back, the coffee tastes horrible, got a venti and it's only filled half way. Also the drink I ordered came with Cinnamon yet there is no Cinnamon powder in or on it. They squirted a circle of caramel drizzle on top that was it.

Great group of employees here! They have fun but always make customers a priority! Mango Dragonfruit drink is awesome! They were kind enough to give me used coffee grounds for my compost bin🙂
