I don’t often leave negative reviews but this was a terrible experience. First of all, they never washed their hands after handling money before going back to getting cones with bare hands. My husband ordered a milkshake and the worker said “are you sure that’s what you want?” And when my husband said yes, he said “that’s not the answer I was looking for”. We laughed it off, but when he handed my husband he said “it’s a little thin but there you go”. It was literally the texture of milk. It was as if he used one scoop of ice cream and the rest was milk. It barely tasted like peanut butter, just most tasted like milk. Then I ordered a scoop of strawberry cheesecake and it was all vanilla ice cream with ONE streak of strawberry and two cheesecake pieces in the entire thing. Their scoops are small so I should have gotten two but glad I didn’t as the ice cream was so disappointing. The nail in the coffin is the price - it was over $18 for just a watery milkshake and poor quality one scoop in a cup. For what we paid we should have gone back and asked him to remake the milkshake but we were both so irritated it wasn’t worth it. The place up the street that sells ice cream cream is dog friendly and much better service and products. We just wanted to try something different but we will stick to the other place from now on. Steer clear.

Great ice cream and Chastity is the best scooper ever! She went above and beyond to make the kids happy!

I was unsure why all of the employees working were helping the customer in front of us instead of having one employee focus on one customer for maximum efficiency to get the long line down. Other than this, the ice cream was delicious. The root beer float was alright, I wouldn’t necessarily recommend it. Just get a shake of a scoop of ice cream.

I did a wild card (for me) and went for salty pretzel and vanilla - Wow! Just Wow!

The service was not good I have to say - no order to queues and so we had to butt in in the end to ask when we’d get attention - not good!

On rare occasion for me this would certainly have been a 5 but service didn’t match the product

the pistachio custard was something special.... my mother had a minor psychic vision after one bite (managed to capture on camera) .... very unique energy this place has....

Showed up 15 minutes before they closed they turned me in my three children away because it was raining

Wow talk about price gouging on the ice cream! Will not go there again. Don't bother.

Got a double, woman would not give us 2 spoons for some reason

A lot left to be desired here. Has so much potential considering the area, festivals, and tourists. Has junky toys and run of the mill crafts. Would be nice to have a cool t shirt or hoodie.
