“I can not thank this Bakery enough for saving my son's birthday dinner. We are traveling and due to an unexpected reschedule, the cake I had ordered was now in a city 2 hours away. I phoned them with 3 HOUR NOTICE, asking to text them as my son was in the vehicle. WITHOUT HESITATION he obliged and had a cake ready for my son in 2.5 HOURS with a semi custom request. The kindness of this bakery is above and beyond and why I only support small businesses. Without their kindness, my son's birthday dinner would have been a disappointment, as all he asked for while on vacation for his birthday was a hamburger and Minecraft cake. I hope all who read this review will share my experience and support them with all of your bakery needs ❤️“

“Dana is truly the queen of desserts. I had the opportunity to have two cakes made by her—both the same flavor—for my baby showers, and they were absolutely delicious. It’s very hard to find a baker willing to make a cake with passion fruit filling, and hers turned out amazing. Everyone at both baby showers was talking about how delicious and beautiful the cakes were. I’m very happy with my choice. She is very easy to work with, and you can truly see that she cares about her business.“
“Working with Ermies to create a custom order for my daughter's birthday party was such a positive experience! She hit all of the marks across the board and made the process so easy! The cakepops were such a hit with the kids and adults. You know it's good when there are NO leftovers! Highly recommend!“

“We had one evening in Scranton, and I was the one grabbing sweets for our groups dietary restrictions. I called Donna and asked if she would be able to accommodate. She went above and beyond! The GF-Vegan Cupcakes I ordered were waiting in a box for me, and she was so patient since we came right at closing time. Her flavors were DIVINE! The love and care that went in to our treats was something special! I love pretty food, but what a win when the food tastes better than it looks! Thank you Donna! Everyone, not just the dietary folks, were in love with your food! If we are in the Scranton area again, we’ll be sure to order again!!“

“I was taken here for my birthday and LOVED it! They even accommodated my allergies so I could enjoy high tea with my friends. This first positive experience is what led me to take my mom here for HER birthday, and it was another great experience. Fantastic staff, beautiful place and wonderful food. We will be back.“
“Stopped here for a late lunch. I ordered the chef salad with their homemade ranch dressing and my wife got the taco salad. Very nice portion size and both were delicious. Service was also very good. We grabbed a couple snacks from the bakery on our way out for dessert. Yummy as well. This was our first visit but will be back.“
“This place is amazing! The staff is always very, very generous, and they always get my order correct. When I placed a pre-order for Christmas Eve, they were very accurate and kind. The review insulting these teenagers, who are trying their best, is very inaccurate, and very low of the poster for insulting someone way younger than them. I do not understand how you can get mad about Cinnabon, when everything is in order, cleanly, and accurate, especially coming from kids still in highschool.“

“I stopped by today, desperate to feed demons who demanded a dozen pretzels of me. The staff here had every right to tell me to get lost but instead I got my pretzels and some laughs about the urgency of my dozen pretzel requirement. Thanks for being awesome. The pretzels were great, so was the service.“
