We LOVE their pizza and order quite often. Last week, our pizza wasn't what we ordered. They compensated our whole order this week after I called to tell them of the error instead of just comping the pizza. Thank you so much Vincenzo's! Definitely recommend!
Their service and staff suck. Got the wrong order because they couldn’t type it in their system properly. Then when calling to advise of the error to fix it it would take another hour because I left. Will never order from them again. To not fix an error they made shows how they care.
