We stopped in at 8:55 pm. The chairs were on the tables and it felt as they were closed. We walked in and asked if they were closed. The cashier stated that they still had burgers and we could order. We did and were served cold burgers. While waiting for replacement food, the manager told us that it was after 9 and the dining room was closed. We explained that we were still waiting for hot food. She went to the back and brought out hot food. She then immediately turned off the lights in the dining room while we were still sitting down.
Were were served cold food and then had the lights turned off on us. It felt like the manager decided to take her frustration with her staff out on the customers.
I would say avoid this restaurant and only get basic food from the convenience store it is attached to.

I haven't been to an A&W in years! My husband and I both had fish sandwiches 🥪, onion rings, and Root Beers! Service was fast and friendly, and the food was fresh and hot and tasty. Good job!

So, unfortunately now I have to give a more recent visit which really ended up ruining my evening after I got off work. I went there 2 weeks ago and ordered a combo burger meal! Got a large dri k and then also got my favorite LARGE root beer float. I live a out 25 miles away from this A&W. I'm eating on my way back home finished the food to get to my float! I start using the spoon provided to dig into the ice cream and all of a sudden I get some ice cream and also a chunk of like breaded chicken tender on that bite! I instantly had to spit it all back out! Very disappointing and it may have ruined it for me to ever come back. The root bear float has always been my favorite. Not happy at all about A&W in Orbisonia Pennsylvania...

I got into an accident yesterday and whoever was working around 5pm helped us out in ways only good people would.
