Taking side roads thru Pennsylvania and came across The Caboose. We had delicious burgers and wonderful ice cream cones. The owner was great to visit with. Totally recommend.

My daughters suggested The Caboose for ice cream; It was a delight. They serve Hershey's ice cream which is wonderful. The portions are generous, and the prices reasonable. Stop here after visiting Raystown, the East Broad Top Railroad, or just for dessert. Enjoy!

On our first night after officially moving to Orbisonia, we walked to this cute ice cream shop with the street lights guiding the way. It was the perfect welcome to town, and we were all hooked. Pat is a generous hostess. The milkshakes are delicious. There are many ice cream flavors to choose from... all Hershey hand dipped ice cream. My son loves to choose candy instead and the selections are plentiful. If your timing is right you may even get dinner which has always hit the spot for us. Only downside to the Caboose is that it's seasonal. We can't wait for when she opens back up in the spring.
