“This is a new brewery here in the Lehigh Valley. We stopped in for a late lunch after shopping at the mall.

My wife and I sat at the bar and a few of the Vienna Red Lagers. I ordered the Black Bean Burger. This was full of flavor. Nice touch of adding Pico de gallo. One of the better black burgers I've had in a while.

I ordered an old fashioned for dessert. They use Bloody Butcher bourbon whiskey.

This is a huge place. We happened to arrive at a quieter time, which was better for us. Sam was a FANTASTIC bartender!

“My favorite restaurant for date night, celebrating or special occasion. My husband and I have been going for our anniversary dinner for the last 5 years and other special occasions. The food is by far the best I’ve had in Lehigh, Bucks it Berks County. I haven’t found a restaurant to rival it, though a few have come close. It could very well by me favorite of all time. The menu is always creative and the food never disappoints. The atmosphere is warm and cozy and the staff are welcoming and professional.“

“The best is definitely Trapp Door! We frequently visit this place with our family. This past November, Jenn and Lee prepared my rehearsal dinner, and they did a fantastic job! They were simple to deal with, assisted us in customising our menu to match our spending limit, presented AMAZING food (our visitors still talk about it), and offered first-rate service. For a romantic evening, I'd strongly recommend Trapp Door. You should also check out their food truck/catering services for your upcoming event.“

“Loved the food!!! amazing customer service. Tried the tacos and the chimichanga. The tacos were delicious and I would recommend the guacamole and the jalapeno cilantro sauce. The chimichanga is huge, full of meat and delicious! The owner gave me a chicken empanada and also would recommend it. Full of meat from corner to corner and very flavorful.The best in the area! “Will not being going back after my husband and I recent visit. After being seated and waiting more than 15 minutes to be waited on while a waitress walked by us twice ignoring us and two other couples came and were seated near us and were waited on right away, we walked out! No one said a word. Another turn off, there obsessed with vacuuming and sweeping the floor. Yes l like a clean restaurant but not vacuuming or sweeping done by our table while were trying to have a peaceful meal and dust blowing around in the air. Wont be going back.“

“I have been staying at the Hyatt since it opened several years ago and dining at the Westside Grill on every stay. I frequent this hotel and am more than just a guest, bordering on being a resident due to my frequent travel into the Lehigh Valley. As a Globalist with Hyatt I cannot say enough good about the hotel and the Westside Grill. After having dinner there again this evening and having another outstanding experience I feel compelled to write this review. The dining room management of the Westside Grill is exceptional with Eileen, the Manager, doing an exceptional job. She is a walk around manager very visible in the dining room, greeting customers, and ensuring they are having a great dining experience. This evening I had the pleasure of having Deanna as my server and she did an outstanding job as well. Both Eileen and Deanna are very attentive insuring that the customer is well taken care of and not wanting for anything. I cannot say enough GOOD about this restaurant. It is top shelf, great abidance, exceptionally clean, supported by a full service bar and an exceptional menu and wine list. The Westside Grill has been consistent in service, quality, and presentation of food since I began dining there while staying at the hotel. I strongly recommend the Westside Grill for breakfast, lunch, and dinner for an exceptional dining experience. I bring often business associates with me for morning, afternoon, and evening business discussions at the Westside Grill and have never been disappointed. Both the Westside Grill and Hyatt Hotel have a great staff that are always wanting to make your dining experience and stay exceptional and memorable. It makes you want to come back!!! Finally, 5 Stars is not enough, it should be more like 10. Both the service and the meals at the Westside Grill are consistent always providing an exceptional dining experience.“

“We ate dinner in the cafe and had a wonderful meal. Our appetizer was the chips with gorgonzola cheese, tomatoes, arugula and balsamic glaze. Wow! I had the chicken, artichoke, pesto, penne and my husband had the forbidden rice, shrimp and bok choy dish. Both were absolutely amazing. Compliments to the chef. Our waitress was great! We live 45 minutes away but that won't stop us from returning for another fabulous meal.“

“I cannot recommend this place enough! I have severe food allergies and both the waitress and chef took such care in making sure I was safe. The chef even came to my table and explained that the grill was clean, and pointed out a few things on the menu I could have. I ended up getting the Green Goddess per the waitress’s recommendation and it did not disappoint! My husband who doesn’t have food allergies also loved his meal. We will absolutely be going back! Thank you Max + Butters for accommodating allergies and making me feel confident about the level of care you took to keep me safe :)“

“UPDATE: Went back Thursday, May 10th and tried the meatballs. They were good, but the wings and Prime Rib Sliders are still the favorites for me. Went out to eat Sunday evening, at Capo and Co, in Emmaus. I can't say enough about the food and service. My favorites are the wings. I will never go anywhere else for wings again! I got plain to dip in their horseradish sauce, and my boyfriend got sweet chili. They were amazing! The prime rib sliders melt like butter in your mouth. The toppers in the Bloody Mary included a fat slice of provolone, sweet Gherkins pickle, bacon, olives and more. The atmosphere was cozy and yet so roomy. The place was immaculately clean and the presentation of the food was first class. A must try for everyone!“

“I so wish that I had asked for names - but this place is phenomenal! We came in last Tuesday and Wednesday for breaks from Dorney. We were in from Virginia. Tuesday we sat at a booth up at the bar and the whole experience totally rocked. I had a family member with a gluten sensitivity and the park had little to offer, so we came to BJs. Service was great, food was fantastic, end to end just a great time. Wednesday we sat out in the dining area and had a different server, and he was incredible. Super attentive, all over everything we needed, top notch all the way - and then… Yall blessed my bourbon loving heart. I glanced across the bar and saw pretty common whisky selections. I ordered a water. It was hot anyway. But then I caught the label of a bottle of Booker’s… the price per pour was so good I asked 3 times to verify. When your bartender told me people don’t often order bourbon like that in there, my next question was “where is the closest liquor store?” Because I knew I’d get lucky. Bingo. Two bottles of Bookers on the shelf at Cedar Crest. ECBP, and a handful of other solid bottles not commonly seen in my state outside allocated drops. So bourbon fans - get you a healthy pour of Booker’s at a killer price at BJs, order the Prime Rib dip sandwich because it’s crazy good, and then go see what’s on the shelf nearby afterwards.“
