I've come here many times and have nothing but good things to say about the friendly staff and the food. This morning, I messed up an online order (ordered to Jenkintown by mistake). Despite it being my own error, the woman at the register made my order on the spot and contacted Jenkintown for me. I offered to order and pay again, but she took care of it. Wonderful people work here.
This is my go-to place for bagels when I'm not in the mood to drive to my favorite place in Lansdale. Some in here mentioned the price increase and they are right - it has gotten more expensive. I understand that, but what I don't understand is that the size has shrunk. It's now a mini bagel. Still good, but not the same value for customers.
Pretty good standalone bagels and always a good amount of cream cheese. I tried one of the overpriced bagel sandwiches (that they don't let you customize at all) and the egg was atrocious. If you're getting from here, stick to bagels and don't waste your money on the sandwiches. Sometimes the workers can have a bad attitude. I always strive to be polite and pay with cash.
