“We had the perfect cozy, comforting meal on a frigid winter night! The servers were attentive and took the time to answer questions and led us to pick the best menu items. The drink selections were excellent and I was happy to have a number of non-alc choices. We started with the layered lasagna and the “not Caesar” salad, both unique and delicious. The star of the meal was the gnocchi with local mushrooms. It was incredibly savory with so much flavor and the right amount of crunch. We will absolutely be returning to see what’s next on the menu rotation!”

“Was it worth walking all of Kensington to reach here at Circles and Squares? Hell yea. Would do it again...maybe. ONE of the best pizzas Ive ever had. The east coast does it the best honestly. We talked to the owner and was the dopest dude. It is a city of brotherly love. The crisp was perfect and the cheese was flawless. Cant say anything negative about it. He even brought us out some wings which were fuego. You have to come here. Dont walk through Kensington though.”

“I grew up on homemade Middle Eastern food made daily by my parents, so I’m very picky when it comes to authenticity. I’ve tried a few places that just didn’t hit the mark—but AL SHAM in Chalfont is a straight 10/10!! They serve real Arabic bread (pita)—not tortillas disguised as pita like you find at other places—and their homemade Lebanese toum (garlic aioli) is the real deal. One bite of their falafel wrap instantly transported me to a boardwalk in Lebanon, overlooking the Mediterranean—complete with fresh bread, Lebanese pickles, and those perfect pickled turnips. The meat is 100% Halal and you can taste the quality. Flavorful, fresh, and clearly made with care. **This is the kind of spot you want to support. We’ll be back again and again—do yourself a favor and try them ASAP**”

“My boyfriend and I came here for my birthday and the food was absolutely delicious! I will talk about it days. Our waiter, Finch, was incredibly nice and made our experience unforgettable. The owner, Josh, came over and talked to us as well which is always welcoming. Overall a very inviting and friendly atmosphere with 10/10 food and drinks. We will definitely be back, especially for happy hour!”

“The food was vey flavorful. The owner’s brother was very nice and made sure my husband and I were satisfied with everything. From the moment my husband and I stepped foot in the restaurant we felt like we were in Puerto Rico. The salsa music, every detail of what makes Puerto Rico so beautiful, like the beautiful beaches, El Moro, El Caldero, the Puerto Rican hats. We really enjoyed ourselves and will go again!”

“I first discoverd Down North Pizza during Halloween Nights at Eastern State Penitentiary, and have been hooked ever since! The pizza is tasty with every bite, with perfectly crispy ends and great flavor! Rock the Mic is my favorite and has beef pepperoni!!! Not many pizza establishments offer beef pepperoni. The pizza may appear small at first glance, but it's definitely enough for two people and worth every penny. The cook was very friendly.”

The food is delicious too! I’ve tried the wraps, chkn salad, and hoagies and highly recommend. Also tried both soups, “fish” stew, drumsticks, jerk chickpeas and curry chickpeas, and chkn with gravy which were DELICIOUS. favorite sides are cabbage, collard greens, and Mac n cheese.”

“Absolutely delicious. Picked up take out last night- we got Pulled Pork, Brisket, Turkey Breast, Kale Caesar, Chili Mac and Potato Salad. Everything we had was a 10/10. The Kale Caesar is my new favorite salad, the potato salad is bright and fresh with ground mustard and dill, the Chili Mac was insanely gooey just how you want mac n cheese to be, with jalapeno for some kick. All of the meat was super moist and juicy.. we loved the chili lime seasoning on the pork. We can't wait to eat here again!”
