Took my Family there for my first time there for dinner last night. I'm the Chef at the Fountain Springs Country Inn & was the Chef at the Gallery Restaurant in Pottsville for many years I'm also the owner of Pop's Original Screamer's in Ashland. I would just like to say the food was outstanding & our server was exceptional (top notch). Highly recommend the Brick house

Started last Saturday at a different restaurant in Pottsville and after waiting a half hour for service we left and went to The Brickhouse and SO GLAD we did. The food was delicious, the service was outstanding and the atmosphere was wonderful. Everyone really went above and beyond to make sure our evening was fantastic. We will be back again! Thank you Brickhouse for redeeming our evening 100%!
Have to shout out Joe and his catering staff. Despite inclement weather and their delayed opening yesterday, our food delivery for our daughter’s bridal shower came on time, with great service and beautiful set up! The staff was so friendly and went above and beyond to get there on time in the middle of a snowstorm and even came afterward to pick everything up from the venue.
