We recently moved to the area, we heard through the locals that this was a good place to grab lunch. They were right. They always have a great selection of pizza by the slice at reasonable prices. Staff is very friendly!
Great place all around. Service is second to none and the food is amazing! Gotta try a slice!
I recently moved to the Orwigsburg area and have been to the four main Italian restaurants in and surrounding the town. The three in town and the one up on the hill along 61. Valenti's is by far the best! It is the best because the food is always fresh and delicious for their prices. Also, the ladies at the front counter and the wait staff are very nice, respectful and want to make sure you have a nice experience. Never an attitude and they always have a smile on their face.
I highly recommend Valenti's for dine in or take out for an extraordinary experience.
Food is really good
Dinners were very good, but a little pricey. Really enjoyed the side salad that came with the meals.
Best buffalo chicken cheesesteak on the planet
Alfredo sauce was not too heavy or cheesy! Very delicious food all around.
Very good pizza. Made with a sweet sauce, but not too sweet. Loved the garlic knots. Sorry we only got 6. Reasonable price. Order ready when promised. Friendly staff
For me and my family it’s all about the sandwich rolls! Love them! Friendly atmosphere. Service is on point. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I've become something of a regular at Valenti's over the past year-and-a-few-months that I've been living in Orwigsburg. Would get a big order around once every other week and hang onto it to have the leftovers for lunches and dinners for a few days after. Great food that hits the spot, assuming you're craving something that's on the menu. Absolutely delicious food that had been pretty affordable too.
...emphasis on "had been."
Over the course of the past year-and-a-few-months that I've been going to Valenti's, the prices have been steadily creeping upward. One of my favorite items, a medium Chicken Tuscany pie, has spiked from $17.50 to $23 in this time. Getting that, plus a side of tiramisu, had once been an easy ~$20 order, but it's now a $30 order instead. Again: This is for a medium pie and a dessert.
A few other examples, as I compare the current menu with one I stashed away for reference a while ago...
Small serving of pasta with tomato sauce: $10 > $14
Seafood Salad: $13 > $18
Soda: $3 > $4
French fries: $5 > $7
BBQ Spare Ribs: $20 > $28
Large Plain Sicilian Pizza: $16.50 > $23
Shrimp and Chicken in Vodka Sauce: $25 > $33
Crab Cakes over spaghetti/fries: $20 > $30
I'm not mad, just disappointed. I've grown to love this place, and I love the food. I like Valenti's a lot, and I want them to do well -- but not like this. I'd much rather spend $20-25 twice a month than $30-35 once a month, you know?

Great hot subs, especially their cheesesteaks. But why are sodas $3.50 each and why is an order of fries $6?
Parking: Some parking spaces on Market Street, but traffic sometimes makes parking challenging. Two small parking lots behind the restaurant. But if you have a long vehicle, good luck!

Don't go by their hours. They could be closed any day and any time. Basically when they feel like it.
