Went here on lunch break from work on 12/23/2025 at 1250pm, doors were locked, no signs or anything saying they were not accepting lobby customers. Went to a different local place instead.

This is the slowest operating fast food joint I have ever seen in my life. In the span of 30 minutes I watched 2 cars including myself get through the drive through and 8 drive away after being tired from waiting. Why not just go inside you ask? Well service was just as slow as people waiting by the counter were not moving nor being served. If you want to waste an entire lunch breaks worth of time without getting a single bite in then thus place is for you. If you value your time in the slightest then go literally anywhere else. Had my order not been already paid for through an online order I would've left with everyone else who walked out.
Edit: they also did not put any bacon on my order (thanks for scamming me out of that $1.50) and put items on that were requested to be removed. Pitiful establishment

Ordered the Gobbler as it caught my eye on the menu... My sandwich did NOT have any crispy onion strips on it... If I'd have known that, I would have ordered the one with Bacon! Also, I checked with a coworker who went to Arby's on a prior day... Before I could say anything about my sandwich, he said his Gobbler did not have any onion strips as well... We also both thought the flavor wasn't any different from regular turkey... On a positive note, the Arby's Reuben is always a treat...

Dined in The workers were outstanding They did extra when we asked for something My French fries were not very hot and they made me a whole new order of them Awesome Arby's I absolutely love the roast beef sandwiches I wish I could eat more than one but I order a double roast beef!!

Stood in lobby for 15 mins waiting. Watched drive through lady dump orders of fries back in the hot bin. She yelled for Tyler that someone was at counter 6 mins no Tyler. Fry cook said he take our order but he wasn't trained for the counter. They worried about drive through and not the in lobby. Still no Tyler. Sooo yeh took my buisness to burger king and got served minute I was in the door. Sorry Arby's but I love your food but won't prolly return to the Palmyra location unless some major changes are made. Sad for ya all I'm a everyday respected Google review person. Arby do better please Ohhhh and as my wife and I decided we are leaving they said we know it's not your job but you can go back to the dumpsters and tell Tyler we wanna order food. Wow jus wow

Certainly nothing positive about Arby's tonight--arrived approximately 5:30 to pick up a doordash order. Stood and waited for over 15 minutes and no one even acknowledged my presence....it appeared that there were only 2 people working. Not sure if that is typical for a Monday evening, or if that was an anomaly because people called off sick? In any event, they were hopelessly behind and the younger girl in the back was having a meltdown. (Not that I blame her, as they seemed to be way under staffed). After standing there over 15 minutes with no acknowledgement, unassigned my order and walked out. For a "fast food" restaurant to not even have someone at the counter and leave customers standing for 15+ minutes at the dinner hour is completely mind blowing. Just to be clear, not blaming the TWO workers. They were doing the best they could to keep up. Somebody in management there must be held accountable for this debacle tonight. Until Arby's figures out their staffing issues, I would certainly not eat there--especially if you are hungry or in a hurry!

Something changed with your thick cut gross roast beef sandwiches! So disgusting to bite into these things now. Used to be my favorite go to! Never again! Nice people, subpar food!
