Ordered the Gobbler as it caught my eye on the menu... My sandwich did NOT have any crispy onion strips on it... If I'd have known that, I would have ordered the one with Bacon! Also, I checked with a coworker who went to Arby's on a prior day... Before I could say anything about my sandwich, he said his Gobbler did not have any onion strips as well... We also both thought the flavor wasn't any different from regular turkey... On a positive note, the Arby's Reuben is always a treat...

Dined in The workers were outstanding They did extra when we asked for something My French fries were not very hot and they made me a whole new order of them Awesome Arby's I absolutely love the roast beef sandwiches I wish I could eat more than one but I order a double roast beef!!

Was our first time and we all thought it was very good next time I'm here will go back I'm from Massachusetts.
Stood in lobby for 15 mins waiting. Watched drive through lady dump orders of fries back in the hot bin. She yelled for Tyler that someone was at counter 6 mins no Tyler. Fry cook said he take our order but he wasn't trained for the counter. They worried about drive through and not the in lobby. Still no Tyler. Sooo yeh took my buisness to burger king and got served minute I was in the door. Sorry Arby's but I love your food but won't prolly return to the Palmyra location unless some major changes are made. Sad for ya all I'm a everyday respected Google review person. Arby do better please Ohhhh and as my wife and I decided we are leaving they said we know it's not your job but you can go back to the dumpsters and tell Tyler we wanna order food. Wow jus wow

Bun was a little cold and so was the meat tasted good just cold.
Certainly nothing positive about Arby's tonight--arrived approximately 5:30 to pick up a doordash order. Stood and waited for over 15 minutes and no one even acknowledged my presence....it appeared that there were only 2 people working. Not sure if that is typical for a Monday evening, or if that was an anomaly because people called off sick? In any event, they were hopelessly behind and the younger girl in the back was having a meltdown. (Not that I blame her, as they seemed to be way under staffed). After standing there over 15 minutes with no acknowledgement, unassigned my order and walked out. For a "fast food" restaurant to not even have someone at the counter and leave customers standing for 15+ minutes at the dinner hour is completely mind blowing. Just to be clear, not blaming the TWO workers. They were doing the best they could to keep up. Somebody in management there must be held accountable for this debacle tonight. Until Arby's figures out their staffing issues, I would certainly not eat there--especially if you are hungry or in a hurry!

Placed an order for a French dip sandwich meal with fries and drink), and used the $3 French dip sandwich coupon that was on the app, did not make a meal but added small fries and a drink to my order (didn’t want the meal as I only wanted a small fry for myself). Upon getting to the window, the lady asks me if I ordered drinks. I told her what drinks I ordered though she could have just looked at the receipt. Upon handing me my food, she hands me 1 drink and tells me to have a good day. I said I was missing a drink, the lady at the window tells me “she said you only ordered 1 drink,” referring to another woman working. The lady at the window immediately closed the window after making that statement. I figured it was my bad, I must have forgot to add the drink. I double check my receipt and I did have another drink added to the order. Then upon looking in my bags to make sure I had received all of my food, I only received 1 au jus for 2 french dip sandwiches. People working were very rude and made me feel dumb just to turn out that I was right and I paid for things I didn’t even receive! I would have drove back for my drink if it wasn’t a hassle to sit in traffic just for a drink. I don’t really care about a $2 drink I was charged for and didn’t get, i’m frustrated by the lack of professionalism from both employees working, all they had to do was look at my receipt to confirm my order.
