I was asked if I wanted to cheese on my whopper. I declined. Maybe if I had said yes they wouldn't have omitted the tomato and lettuce too. At least I received a burger hot with pickles. 2 stars for this visit.

We have been coming to this BK almost weekly for over 3 months, and these folks CANNOT miss. The food is ALWAYS good, hot, and made right. The associates are friendly and get you in and out quickly. We live over an hour away, and wait to eat until we get to this location because of how good it is.
Absolutely terrible service especially night shift. Ordered a whopper Jr meal and they put a dry burger with weird specs on a dry bun nothing on it! Cold fries and the fountain soda tasted like chemicals! And they forgot the 2 cookies in the bag. The worst food experience I've had I'm never ordering from here again. These workers are lazy and arrogant and never fail to ruin it. Nothing was edible. Oh and the Jr chicken smelled terrible!!! What was that??? Threw everything away and got a full refund.

we came through the drive thru to order late night food and they forgot an item in our bag, we had to pull back around because the front door was locked and when we arrived at the window the man claimed he "bagged the order himself" and that he knew he put onion rings in the bag. he then slammed the drive thru window on us and then came back about a minute later to tell us to pull to the front. when he came out to give us our onion rings he told us to "not steal next time" and that we "couldn't afford onion rings." if you want good food go anywhere but here. mediocre food for too much money and rude customer service.
Very bad customer service in the drive through. I waited for almost an hour. They gave me uncooked fries and wrong drink. They couldn't differentiate the coke and ice tea. Waste of money and time! I go here every other day with family. But because of this experienced? No way ! We will not go in this Burger King outlet ever again!

We waited for two hours and the food arrived cold, no onion rings, missing an order of fries and it looks like the driver ate 2/3 of the other order- disgusting. The chicken sandwich was on a burger bun. And there were no straws no ketchup and no sauce and customer service was horrible. It’s impossible to contact anyone through Uber Eats but I’m assuming this is a combination of bad service from both parties. Definitely do not order delivery here… we ordered at 10:15pm and the order arrived two hours later after midnight. I do not eat fast food very often and this is a reminder why.
