Total rip-off. Can't really blame the employees, but I can sure their corporation. Almost $4 for a small half full cup of hashbrowns. Ridiculous. You'll get acknowledged faster if you do Drive-thru. If you walk up, you might not get seen right away. It's getting colder outside, you'll be warmer in your vehicle. My friend also waited for someone to come to the window. Even though it was ordered through the app, an acknowledgement would've been better than asking yourself if they even know you're there.

This is an unusual Dunkin. There is a drive through or walk up. Can't enter the store. I ordered hash browns, had we not have been traveling, I would have requested a refire. The hash browns were not cooked all the way. My coffee was good.

Girl at the window today had a TERRIBLE attitude. I could tell from the tone in her voice on the speaker it was going to be a bad experience, I tried to be chipper and polite with her but just kept being met with a short temper and no responses. When I told her she had a bad attitude while driving away she proceeded to hang out the window and yell at me. She also purposely burnt my daughters sandwich

We went through their drive thru in Hershey and couldn't hear the guy over the speaker. He spoke way too soft and when we went to the window to pick up our drinks you could barley hear him as well.

Good service, I am always in and out quickly. Although they have a window for walk ups, I have only used the drive thru option. I would have given 5 stars but they don't have chocolate frosted donuts without sprinkles, so....

Got a $6 drink and asked for a cup of water with it. They had the audacity to ask me for 80 cents before giving me the smallest cup of water they had. Starbucks would never. The problem isn’t about the 80 cents it’s the fact that I’m a paying customer and that’s tap water it’s not like you’re giving me a bottled water. Not to mention that’s also the first Dunkin location that’s ever charged me for water, definitely will not go back. Ridiculous!!

You can tell by all the reviews I’ve ever left I always say I never leave bad or negative reviews but to ignore someone standing at your window for five minutes to keep walking by and instead of saying hello or trying to Help someone they seriously kept walking by and I was standing right there with zero acknowledgment so unkind Very sad poor poor service actually even worse than that ZERO Service so terribly rude

Used to be a spot to stop on the way home from Hershey Doc Appts but uh, I don't think so anymore. Donut was still good (strawberry). Hashbrown things were warm, snackin bacon was cool, and avocado toast was premade, chewy and cold. I stuck it in a frying pan to crisp the bottom and then it was ok. Service was slow as well. Think I'll see about finding another location as this was dissappointing.

This is the WORST Dunkin in the area. I've had to loop back around and have them remake my coffee more times then I can count. Today I went back and had them remake my cold brew and somehow they made it even worse then the first time! So I went around a 2nd time which is a new record and the Manager, some indian lady, told me she made my drink right the 1st time and she isnt making me another one. So she had them give me a refund. Yes you read that right. They couldnt get a simple cold brew with cream and caramel right, that they had to refund me. Very unprofessional and ignorant manager. This place sucks, go to the one by Walmart if you want your drink made correctly.

I visit this location at least once a week. The crew is so nice and my order is always prepared fresh. The new staff occasionally forget things so I always check my bag, but they always correct their errors and are genuinely apologetic.
