This is the WORST Dunkin in the area. I've had to loop back around and have them remake my coffee more times then I can count. Today I went back and had them remake my cold brew and somehow they made it even worse then the first time! So I went around a 2nd time which is a new record and the Manager, some indian lady, told me she made my drink right the 1st time and she isnt making me another one. So she had them give me a refund. Yes you read that right. They couldnt get a simple cold brew with cream and caramel right, that they had to refund me. Very unprofessional and ignorant manager. This place sucks, go to the one by Walmart if you want your drink made correctly.

I visit this location at least once a week. The crew is so nice and my order is always prepared fresh. The new staff occasionally forget things so I always check my bag, but they always correct their errors and are genuinely apologetic.

Coffee is great, when they get your order correct. Employees don't have any energy or seem too friendly. Almost feels like an inconvenience to bother them 🤷♂️

Today November 2nd 2024 at 11:47am The customer service at the walk up window she was very rude , she look like she didn’t want to be at work and gave attitude and rushing us to order. The coffee was terrible I used to love Dunkin’ Donuts coffee but it was nasty coffee I order iced latter with cookie butter cold foam and it wasn’t even foam it was milky. My husband loves hot coffee and his coffee was burnt not good at all. I would never come back to this Dunkin’ Donuts !!

I'm a Starbucks girl but I want to like Dunkin too. I feel like they do TRY but I always am disappointed. The drinks, instead of better ingredients, they dress up with too much fluff, way too much ice, and because of all the stuff on top, you can't taste the actual drink. I ordered the bacon snack things thinking they'd be crispy; no, they were limp which as a "snack", you want crunchy / crispy. I'll try them again in a few years.

Ordered a latte, munchkins, hash browns and omelette bites (tasted like chemicals and had the consistency of rubber). Hash browns were like mini hockey pucks. Used the mobile order option just for the guy at the window to tell us "no online ordering at his store". So why offer it???? He was just rude. I won't be back.
