If I could I would leave zero stars . My large latte was below the top rim of the cup . Ordered 2 cream powdered filled donuts , one glazed and one with strawberry icing and sprinkles . Handed me 2 strawberry one chocolate cream filled and one glazed . Told the young girl it’s not what I ordered . The older lady came over and ripped the bag out of the girls hand and dumped the donuts out . She stated in a not so friendly voice we don’t have powdered cream filled what do you want . This lady was outright nasty !! I will never come to this DD again . The lady should be ashamed of how she spoke and how she pushed the young girl to the side . I assume this girl may be her daughter .

If I could give zero reviews I would. This palmyra location is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I ever been too. My coffee was disgustingly strong, bitter & the hash browns were raw, and mushy. I’m shocked they would give me under cooked food. The manager refused to refund me he was yelling at me, and cursing saying he’s not giving me a refund. He never apologized, or even tried to make my order right. He kept saying he’s not giving me a refund he’s very money hungry. The manager was the rudest, most disrespectful, unprofessional manager I ever spoke to and the customer service is the worst. It’s embarrassing having a Dunkin’ Donuts in our palmyra area with terrible management and rude workers who don’t care about their coffee and food they’re selling to customers. I would never return here ever again or recommend this awful place to anyone. Save your money and go anywhere else for coffee and breakfast. If you’re looking for an amazing Dunkin Donuts Hershey Pennsylvania has the best one in this area trust me.

I’ve been coming here for about a year when I moved into town This store is great they have the best Iced Coffee! If anyone knows Dunkin they know every store has a different taste Iced coffee and when I say they have the best I truly mean it I’ve been all over being a Trucker and this store and the people really are some of the best Thanks for your hard work everyone your tattoo friend :)

The owners are very rude. They treated me as though I didn't matter. I waited for over 20 minutes for a sandwich and when I requested a refund they argued with me. The owner put my sandwich in the mobile orders area, I was a dine in customer, and then blamed me because he didn't have the decency to call out my order number. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else for your breakfast.

It wasn’t even busy and my mother and i accidentally said our order was over but it was a mistake. And the girl huff puffed and sighed so loud into the mic and didn’t even apologize for being disrespectful. But besides her, the team is great
Ordered the snacking bacon. It came out RAW. Still pink, didn’t realize it was until I got home. Drove back to the location, where they remade it for me. Seemed the girl working the cooker didn’t know when the bacon was done. The thing that bothered me the most was the worker who was working the window never one said “sorry” or apologized for the inconvenience and danger of serving RAW BACON. Handed me my bag back without saying ANYTHING. Very unprofessional and unapologetic, definitely wont being going back to this location

The Indian lady who is there in the mornings is extremely rude and needs an attitude adjustment. She made something wrong, was told it was wrong, and then threw a fit over having to remake it like it was coming out of her pay. Also a 15 minute wait for 2 drinks and a coffee roll is pretty ridiculous.

First, two sandwiches cost $10.58, that's crazy even if they're good. They don't know how to properly warm/toast sandwiches. The first try was a fail, I went back and management remade my food after a bit of a wait, my remake was not a priority and the second try was also a fail. I recommend the Dunkin on Horseshoe pike, it's in between Hershey and Campbelltown.

The Indian guy was rude. I drove back for a missing item and he was like I already made it. And I was like no you did not and he started talking crap in his language to the other Indian lady clearly talking about me , only one who was professional was the white lady at drive through. Smh

I placed a mobile order and picked up in drive thru. While leaving, I noticed I was given the wrong coffee. I went inside and let the employee know that I was given the incorrect item. His response was “No you didn’t. I made the latte.” I said “I’m sure you did make a latte, however that’s not what I was given.” He insisted again that I was incorrect and I was given exactly what I ordered. I then said “I will go out to my car and bring you what I was given.” And he said “okay. I made the latte.”
I brought in the coffee, and showed him the tag on the cup and he then realized that I was not lying. He then started to say “oh. You were given the wrong coffee.” The funniest part about this is that he is the one that handed me that exact coffee at the window.
I do not appreciate the way this entire situation was handled. I am all for treating employees with respect because I’m sure they deal with terrible customers on the daily, but to basically be called a liar over a latte is outrageous. Completely unprofessional behavior.
