the customer service at the drive thru window needs some work. two days in a row, the girl took my tender, gave me my change, handed me my drink and then walked away, all without saying a single word in exchange with me. very rude, very unfriendly and very unappreciative. this isn’t my regular Dunkin spot anyways, but it literally made me want to take my business elsewhere.

I go to this location alot and it is always what it is. Today I ordered a drink online. No food just a lg iced latte. When I ordered it put walk in instead of drive thru, one would think thats no biggie right? Nope I was asked to pull into a spot. Cool cool thought it was weird but no big. 10 mins goes by and the manager comes out with my drink in hand tells me that I ordered for walk in so next time I need to walk inside its not my job to walk your coffee out to you. Ma'am you told me to pull into a parking spot you having to walk to my car with my coffee is 100% your fault and problem not mine. As if the counter where you place the drinks for inside isn't literally 5 steps away from the drive thru windows. But I would have gladly made sure to change it if that whole interaction would have went different. Tell me at the window hey could you ring it up as drive thru to make it easier to expedite? I would have said absolutely sorry about that. Completly unacceptable. Period. I will be going up to the owner of the establishment. The rating are what they are for a reason.

If I could I would leave zero stars . My large latte was below the top rim of the cup . Ordered 2 cream powdered filled donuts , one glazed and one with strawberry icing and sprinkles . Handed me 2 strawberry one chocolate cream filled and one glazed . Told the young girl it’s not what I ordered . The older lady came over and ripped the bag out of the girls hand and dumped the donuts out . She stated in a not so friendly voice we don’t have powdered cream filled what do you want . This lady was outright nasty !! I will never come to this DD again . The lady should be ashamed of how she spoke and how she pushed the young girl to the side . I assume this girl may be her daughter .

If I could give zero reviews I would. This palmyra location is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I ever been too. My coffee was disgustingly strong, bitter & the hash browns were raw, and mushy. I’m shocked they would give me under cooked food. The manager refused to refund me he was yelling at me, and cursing saying he’s not giving me a refund. He never apologized, or even tried to make my order right. He kept saying he’s not giving me a refund he’s very money hungry. The manager was the rudest, most disrespectful, unprofessional manager I ever spoke to and the customer service is the worst. It’s embarrassing having a Dunkin’ Donuts in our palmyra area with terrible management and rude workers who don’t care about their coffee and food they’re selling to customers. I would never return here ever again or recommend this awful place to anyone. Save your money and go anywhere else for coffee and breakfast. If you’re looking for an amazing Dunkin Donuts Hershey Pennsylvania has the best one in this area trust me.

I’ve been coming here for about a year when I moved into town This store is great they have the best Iced Coffee! If anyone knows Dunkin they know every store has a different taste Iced coffee and when I say they have the best I truly mean it I’ve been all over being a Trucker and this store and the people really are some of the best Thanks for your hard work everyone your tattoo friend :)

The owners are very rude. They treated me as though I didn't matter. I waited for over 20 minutes for a sandwich and when I requested a refund they argued with me. The owner put my sandwich in the mobile orders area, I was a dine in customer, and then blamed me because he didn't have the decency to call out my order number. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else for your breakfast.

It wasn’t even busy and my mother and i accidentally said our order was over but it was a mistake. And the girl huff puffed and sighed so loud into the mic and didn’t even apologize for being disrespectful. But besides her, the team is great
