Third order in a row that has been incorrect for us! Phone number is out of order. If you order on the app they are always “out of” things & substitute without your permission or without telling you (usually with less expensive items and without refunding the difference), or items are just missing, period. Would not refund the money for the unwanted substituted items. Pretend not to understand what you’re saying. Beyond frustrating. Will not be going back and will be contacting corporate. The food we did get was hot, which was the only positive. Didn’t want to provide a printed receipt when asked and said the order slip was the receipt when it wasn’t.

The restraunt was empty and cleaned. Floors weren't greasey like some restraunt floors. Stopped in for lunch. 4 meals for 4 people was almost $50.00. About 11,00 - 13.00 per meal. My niece asked for saucy nuggets. They didn't give her saucy nuggets. I had her put bbq sauce on her nuggets. She may have ordered the wrong number meal. The French fries were cold. They gave us fresh hot ones after we asked. The employee was kind and helpful. There are plenty of tables to sit at. Lots of parking.

Food was hot that's about it. If I could give this place 0 stars I would've. They didn't have anything we actually wanted to order. So we got a bucket of chicken and had to do half crispy half original. Well went to eat it the original was as crispy as the crispy chicken. Chicken was over cooked. We were asking the guy at the window questions and he would not answer and would just shut the window on us. Will never go to this establishment ever again.

The man behind the counter was very polite. Our food was delicious. We got a famous bowl, an 8 pc meal and a $5 box. He gave us sauces we wanted and it was a lot.
I recently gave them a three star, but lately they have been slacking on their customer service. From being lazy to serve us what we ordered, to the biscuits being cold, hard and not fresh, this KFC is going down hill. Today we ordered a meal online for original recipe, they gave us crispy, they had only dark meat in original, no thigh in original, no breast in original and no wing in original. The topper was that they also shut down their fryers two hours early and pretty much refused to cook us our original chicken. Terrible service. Do better guys!

This KFC is always empty and I know why.....it is advertised KFC has $5.00 meal deals....we'll this one DON'T! So I went about 2 blocks down.... in the same mall... and got a $5.00 meal deal at Burger King. Wendy's also has them and so does McDonald's...so those are the places I will eat at!! No more KFC for me!!
