This KFC is always empty and I know why.....it is advertised KFC has $5.00 meal deals....we'll this one DON'T! So I went about 2 blocks down.... in the same mall... and got a $5.00 meal deal at Burger King. Wendy's also has them and so does McDonald's...so those are the places I will eat at!! No more KFC for me!!

Do NOT eat here! The team did not appear to follow basic guidelines for the food industry. I witnessed some of the crew sitting in the floor then getting up to serve food with no handwashing. The dining area was not clean and the restrooms appear to have not been cleaned properly as there were spider webs near the paper towel dispenser. The staff are not personable and honestly make you feel like you’re inconveniencing them from their phones and floor sitting. To top it all off, I also saw the boxes of food to be cooked sitting directly on the floor. I did a survey for KFC, but have yet to hear anything back.

We picked up food on July 27th that I ordered thru their app. No one greeted me when I entered their establishment no one greeted me nor was there anyone even up near the register. Food was cold when I picked it up (I ordered it just 8 minutes before). When I contacted them about the experience they over a week later emailed me back only providing a $13 refund on a $28 order. We also just realized tonight when going to use the leftover sauces that they expired in the beginning of June well before we even got them.

Horrible service. Most the employees are more worried about tik tok and playing on cellphones more than anything else. Numerous occasions the food was cold and not even enjoyable and even after returning all food the manager only refunded us a portion of our money back. I was excited when i seen this kfc open and i bet it will leave as fast as it came.

I went to olean ny kfc and they not only made me wait for 42 minutes for 6 tacos and an 8 piece chicken before I asked for it . They were rude and not at all professional. I would be embarrassed to say they were my employees. I took the matter to corporate. I have worked in the food industry for 30 years and I would never of treated customers like they did tonight . Shame shame on you . One less place to give my money .
I used drive thru when they first opened, 9:20 , bur they said they were closed. tried again yesterday, 5pm ish I would've expected fresher tasting food, especially with being empty. Now I know why I always see it empty ! never asked for original or extra crispy. Food was pretty yuk. pissed I spent all that money for THAT ..won't be back !

Im not sure why this place is getting such a bad reputation, but me and my wife went here for lunch and the food we ordered was delicious and hot and service was great.... Leaving a bad review for some of these petty issues is simply disgusting and pathetic.... These days, be glad somone is willing to tolerate and put up with people like you who more than likely are the problem. My experience was excellent!!! But in a world with a bunch of entitled ignorant people I guess it is what it is.

My daughter and I decided to try lunch at the KFC here in Palmyra. We were pleasantly surprised with the service, dining area and food. The food was very good and the dining area was larger than I had expected. We will definitely be back.
