Went here with friends for lunch. I had chicken parm. It was really good. The chicken was cooked right. Our waitress was very friendly and took good care of us.
This is Authentic Italian. They serve lunch till 3 PM and I noticed at about 230,all the staff sat together and enjoyed the food that was prepared. For dinner,make sure you have reservations. They are always filled the evenings we have gone. We have gone multiple times and enjoyed our meal each time. It's rare for me to return to restaurants because it seems like the 2nd and 3rd meal are real disappointments compared to the first time.
It is located on Railraod Street. About 2 blocks away,you will find the Seltzers Lebanon Bologne Store. Great selection!!

My husband and I were on Vacation when we came across this place while searching for a restaurant. My husband asked if the sauce was chunky, the waitress said no it is smooth. He then ordered a pizza. I ordered alfredo pasta. When my dinner came I tried and it tasted sour it was horrible. I was afraid I would be sick. My husbands pizza came with huge chunks of tomato. Again he asked before he ordered and was told the sauce was smooth. I told the waitress about the pasta and she took it away and brought us the bill. Yep the bill for everything including the bad pasta. No one ever come by to ask what was wrong. I asked another waitress where is the manager? I was told the owners were not there but their daughters was. This girl new this couple that she was talking to all about their upcoming vacation and so on for more than 20 minutes. A few feet away from us but could not even bother to come over to talk to us. I worked customer service all my life and I know this is horrible service. When she did come over she said there is nothing she can do because if she took the pasta off she can go out of business. Finally she said she would give me something of equal value. We are staying at a hotel what I going to do with, pasta, chicken or fish? We were leaving the next morning. Finally I said give my husband a pizza like he had. She argued that it was more expensive than my pasta. We proved to her that it was indeed less. Of course no apology. We ended up throwing out most of the pizza because of the tomatoes. Never again would we go there Nor would we recommend this place! Unless you want to eat a small bag of pretzels for you dinner in the hotel!

My wife and I ordered a pizza from the menu posted on the Google website. When we got home and opened the pizza, it was the wrong pizza. The description on the Google menu describes the Bistro Delight as having marinated artichokes, mushrooms, tomatoes and kalamata olives- the pizza we were given has pepperoni, sausage, red peppers and onions. When we called the restaurant ask for a new pizza (based on their error) the restaurant told us that the menu on Google was wrong and they would not replace the pizza! I’m vegetarian, so I cannot eat the pizza that they gave us! I’m very upset and this is just poor customer service! Lazaro’s has absolutely lost a customer!

I asked if the pizza sauce is a smooth tomato sauce, and the server who didn't even identify herself said yes it's a smooth tomato sauce and not chunky. I was disappointed to say the least when the pizza came. And it had chunks of tomatoes in the sauce. Then the crust was crunchy, like they burned it or something. Overall, not a good pizza, not good service. To say that I was severely disappointed would be an understatement. I will not go back.

Waitress Veronica was amazing. Service was phenomenal. Wasn’t too fond of the bread. Aside from that everything was amazing. I ordered dessert, but haven’t eaten it yet. I took it to go. Definitely will go back. The only negative I can think of right now….. is if you have a bad back don’t sit by the wall. It’s pure brick. Surprisingly there’s no cushions for your back.

My family and I came to this Hershey for a lacrosse tournament and decided to grab something to eat.. We saw this place and it was really cute. The service was so quick and the waitress anticipated anything you may have needed.. It was very clean and nice. The ambiance was great and the food was reasonably priced for this amazing food.

Wow! Just wow! We absolutely loved this place. The food is top notch as is the service. We had the 4 Ps and the chicken bellagio - everything was delectable- will definitely be back often. The picture is of the leftover 4Ps dish and I was stuffed!
