I hope this review finds the people eating at this establishment well. I personally was with an out of state friend who ordered food online and sent in his review as he likes to do based off of personal experiences from traveling. The review was left with 5 stars, but said the medium pan pizza could have been better. Meanwhile, a couple days later he wanted to try again. They proceeded to cancel his order, gave him a refund and tell him due to his review, he was no longer welcome for the comfortability of the staff. Honest opinion on my end is that if you can’t take reviews to heart and better the experience for your customers you shouldn’t be in that area of service

If I could give zero stars I would. I didn’t get the employees name but he was extremely rude had disrespectful ! This wasn’t the first time I came and he was the cashier I came before to pick up my online order he asked for my name very rudely but I let it go because I thought he was having a bad day but after today I saw that that’s how he treats the customers. That man should get fired!!! I will never step foot into that place again!

Don’t waste your time dining in here. You’re given paper plates, your pizza comes in a regular pizza box. It’s not like it used to be. They don’t have fountain soda so you are stuck with bottled. Even bottled water. It’s truly sad. No condiments available (red pepper flakes, Parmesan cheese, etc) for pizza. The sauce for breadsticks was cold. No one ever checked back in on us. It was truly a waste of our money. We should’ve just left as soon as we walked in.

"No servers since Covid" that was many years ago. Do not go here if you are looking for sit down service ? This is a pointless place to go with many options around with better food. The days of old sit down Pizza Hut are over. I hope they go out of business now.

Food was good. No complaints about the service. The dining area was dirty. The seats and the tables had food on it. The restaurant was completely empty. No other guests.

Customer service is poor, and behavior with customers is bad, in future I will never visit this store… Please, never ever visit this store for insulting your self.
Something is terribly wrong with the customer service here. I came to read reviews to see if my experience was unique and unfortunately I found that others have encountered the same treatment. I placed my order online and when I picked it up, the man snipped at me to tell him my name. Then he grabs a receipt and proceeds to tell me that I was not charged correctly by the pizza hut app and he wasn't going to honor it. I told him I was fine with paying the difference but that the price discrepancy was out of my control since I ordered online. He kept going on about not allowing me to have the order, arguing over $12 which I agreed to pay just to the rest of the food I ordered. But he was so condescending and rude that I finally told him how unprofessional he was. I asked for his name. He refused to tell me. I asked for the manager and he told me he was the OWNER! Whaaaaaat? Wanting to be done with this combative exchange, I told him I didn't want the order anymore and he just said something like "Fine!" And slammed the drive through window shut. I have reported this to corporate and I hope if others have a similar experience they will also do the same.

I used the drive thru to pick up my pizza, that's why there is no score for the atmosphere. Food was delicious, hot and exactly as ordered.

This Pizza Hut has THE WORST customer service EVER!!!! I placed an order online and the price didn’t match the promotion. So I waited until I picked it up to discuss it with staff. Upon arrival and explaining the special of the order. I was told that they have nothing to do with that and they don’t honor it on any other day except for Tuesday. I decided to only get one pizza as opposed to 2 and the guy told me that because the pizza was already made I should pay for the whole order. He was extremely rude and disrespectful. I told him I wasn’t paying for nothing, essentially with his attitude that and was walking out to leave when he tells me “next time, make sure you pay attention!” There will be NO next time. I wouldn’t get anything from this place if it were free!!! Take my advice and take your business and money elsewhere!!!
