Palmyra is my pizza hut. <3 Food has always been hot and precise and if any mistakes did happen the staff were quick to fix the mistake. Staff is great. Service was good 👍

Awful experience called and Ordereda big Dinner box got a thin tossed pizza Not once but twice called Scott ((manager )thought he was gonna correct it and made the same mistake over again then tried to return it the next day and wanted to give me a discount off of it. Worst experience ever will not return.!!
This PizzaHut slaps and I love that the staff is always so nice and orders are made at lighting pace. Always a fan favorite and a family pleaser. Thanks for saving me so much time on a hard day everyone!

This pizza hut used to be nice. But this one manager or employee (refused to say his name). I am not sure if he has a vendetta against minorities, but I do not feel welcomed or comfortable whenever I sadly have to interact with him. He is a middle aged white man. With facial hair. Why does he have to make picking up a pizza a hard and awkward time? As a regular, I almost became Used to this level of abuse, but then I went to another Pizza Hut and I’m like this isn’t how it’s supposed to be at all. I have nothing against the guy, but I must’ve done something to upset him (be the wrong skin tone sorry) . I would totally take him to my group therapist. Honestly, if I can be on good terms with the Pizza Hut guy Then that’s great, but I feel like his personal prejudice(s) would get in the way of that. Even though he hates my guts in my opinion, for no apparent reason, I wish I’m nothing but love and happiness. I will be coming back to this Pizza Hut, even if it makes him uncomfortable. Life is too short. Sounds like a personal problem for him lol, But I would like a personal pan pizza for me

I had one of the most unacceptable customer service experiences I've ever encountered at this location. Upon walking in, the manager—a middle-aged white male—offered no greeting or acknowledgment and displayed a cold, hostile demeanor. I ordered a large cheese pizza, a large pepperoni pizza, and a 2-liter soda. He charged me $48.21, without mentioning any of the clearly advertised deals ($9.99 for one large pizza, $19.99 for two).
When I returned and calmly questioned the price, he told me, “You didn’t ask for the deal, so I didn’t give it to you,” and refused to issue a refund. He would not provide his name and claimed corporate complaints wouldn’t affect him because it’s a franchise. He even threatened to call the police—despite me remaining composed—an intimidation tactic that felt racially charged. He also never gave me the soda I paid for.
This is more than poor service—it’s deceptive pricing, refusal to honor promotions, and behavior that borders on discrimination. This individual is misrepresenting the Pizza Hut brand and mistreating customers. I strongly urge corporate to investigate and take swift action.
