Love swinging by drive thru for a nice cold ice, my favorite flavors are Georgia Peach, Florida Orange, Blue Raspberry, Black Wild Cherry but my number one fav is Ocean Splash!
Great place, great employees.
i was at rita’s today, got HORRIBLE service.
may took my order and was very rude taking it, after she took my order abt 2 mins goes by and she layed them on the counter in the window. i was wondering why she didn’t give them to me but i saw her walking out of the place to go to CVS pharmacy next door, i waited 5 more mins until someone else gave me my order.

Good simple family treat. Difficult to pull out afterwards if you’re turning left.
The employees won't speak to you if you don't give them a tip. Rita's needs to do away with the tipping app and let customers tip if someone has gone above and beyond their pay rate.

This Rita's offers many custard flavors that some don't. It made it difficult to choose just one! I ended up with a Georgia peach gelati and it was perfect!

They can't seem to handle when it gets busy. The last 2 times we've gone it's been busy and it takes a while to order amd then get your order. This time not only did it take forever, I had to repeat my order 3 times amd they still got it wrong.
Quick service considering we can with a baseball team and their families. They did a good job getting out everyone's order! No bathrooms. Walk up window only.
Great place to cool off!
Just left Rita’s and I am very disappointed. Ordered a large Sunday and the container was half empty. See attached photo. Most of the top is whip cream and even that is not much. They have really declined. Higher prices and smaller amounts. A lot smaller. I commented about getting a “half full large” and lady responded with it 4 swirls. This was maybe 3 but small tight swirls that didn’t fill container. I will not be returning and recommend people avoid this rip off.
Was so excited abt going to Rita’s first of the season, but we needed sugar free for health reasons. There was none on the menu today. BUT… a super nice guy asked if we could wait abt 5 min and he’d make it for us!!! Chose the peach mango gelati and it was like silk!!! Thank you for making our day!!!😊
