Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

Love ,always great service and a different variety every time

This Rita's offers many custard flavors that some don't. It made it difficult to choose just one! I ended up with a Georgia peach gelati and it was perfect!

They can't seem to handle when it gets busy. The last 2 times we've gone it's been busy and it takes a while to order amd then get your order. This time not only did it take forever, I had to repeat my order 3 times amd they still got it wrong.

Quick service considering we can with a baseball team and their families. They did a good job getting out everyone's order! No bathrooms. Walk up window only.

Great place to cool off!

Just left Rita’s and I am very disappointed. Ordered a large Sunday and the container was half empty. See attached photo. Most of the top is whip cream and even that is not much. They have really declined. Higher prices and smaller amounts. A lot smaller. I commented about getting a “half full large” and lady responded with it 4 swirls. This was maybe 3 but small tight swirls that didn’t fill container. I will not be returning and recommend people avoid this rip off.

Was so excited abt going to Rita’s first of the season, but we needed sugar free for health reasons. There was none on the menu today. BUT… a super nice guy asked if we could wait abt 5 min and he’d make it for us!!! Chose the peach mango gelati and it was like silk!!! Thank you for making our day!!!😊

We had such a lovely experience at this location today! My mom and I have dietary restrictions and need to limit our sugar intake. Today we stopped by hoping for a sugar-free option but unfortunately they didn’t have any out today. Instead, the manager offered to mix up a fresh batch of sugar free mango-peach for us! We wholeheartedly appreciate the service we recieved today The staff was friendly and the service was quick, despite us having to wait a few minutes for a fresh batch (which we didn’t mind)! We will 100% be back to this location We love Rita’s due to their sugar free options as most dessert places don’t offer sugar free options Thank you so much for accommodating us and providing us with the best customer experience possible!

We had an amazing experience at this location! My mom and I have to limit our sugar intake due to dietary restrictions and they didn’t have any sugar free options listed on the menu today. We asked if they possibly had any available today but unfortunately they didn’t. So instead, the manager offered to mix up a fresh batch just for us! The staff was very friendly and they got it out to us in a timely manner, although we didn’t mind having to wait. The manager even brought our order out to our car! We will definitely keep coming back to this location! We love Rita’s due to their sugar free accommodations! And we whole heartedly appreciate them mixing up a batch for us! I have had issues with this Rita’s the last few times I went or attempted to go. They never have the cream ice, which I love! Sometimes it’s just the boring basic flavors…sometimes when Rita’s sends me an email of the flavor line up it is totally different when I get there or a lot has been sold out. 😔 yesterday I went to the drive thru in hopes of a good flavor or something promising but nothing to my interest..so we left and went to another place for dessert. The one night I went through the drivethru and none of what was on the menu board is what they had. I ended up with a flavor I didn’t like. I barely ate a quarter of it. Please make the cream ices! And get more flavors of ice! While I appreciate all the custard flavors you offer, I would appreciate more flavors of ice being that it is an Italian ice place.

I normally love this place, but I came by on a Wednesday after 2pm and they’re not open. The hours haven’t changed, it’s not a holiday, so i dont know what the deal is. The website says nothing, there are no signs outside that say anything, no one will answer my calls. If there is an issue of some kind, so be it but i feel like im being left in the dark on this.
