We had such a lovely experience at this location today! My mom and I have dietary restrictions and need to limit our sugar intake. Today we stopped by hoping for a sugar-free option but unfortunately they didn’t have any out today. Instead, the manager offered to mix up a fresh batch of sugar free mango-peach for us! I normally love this place, but I came by on a Wednesday after 2pm and they’re not open. The hours haven’t changed, it’s not a holiday, so i dont know what the deal is. The website says nothing, there are no signs outside that say anything, no one will answer my calls. If there is an issue of some kind, so be it but i feel like im being left in the dark on this.

We absolutely love this Rita’s location. They always have a great selection of water ice flavors and custards but they went out of their way to do a custom order for us! They provided us with 6 quarts of chocolate water ice within 24 hrs - it was amazing!!! Thanks Rita’s Palmyra for being AWESOME ?
