They can't seem to handle when it gets busy. The last 2 times we've gone it's been busy and it takes a while to order amd then get your order. This time not only did it take forever, I had to repeat my order 3 times amd they still got it wrong.

Was so excited abt going to Rita’s first of the season, but we needed sugar free for health reasons. There was none on the menu today. BUT… a super nice guy asked if we could wait abt 5 min and he’d make it for us!!! Chose the peach mango gelati and it was like silk!!! Thank you for making our day!!!😊

We had such a lovely experience at this location today! My mom and I have dietary restrictions and need to limit our sugar intake. Today we stopped by hoping for a sugar-free option but unfortunately they didn’t have any out today. Instead, the manager offered to mix up a fresh batch of sugar free mango-peach for us!
