I enjoy almost every meal here. Friendly staff very attentive. If drinks are empty usually have one before you even ask. Although if the steaks were consistent I would totally give 5 starts across the board. But over all one of my favorite places to eat!

I went to texas roadhouse yesterday, I ordered a steak medium rare and my boyfriend ordered a steak medium. My steak came out raw on one side and well done on the other side. My boyfriends steak came out well done and almost burnt, They remade his steak and it came out raw. My boyfriend also got mac and cheese, which had no cheese on it. I will never spend my money here again.

Green beans are from a can. Seriously, I got fresh green beans at Perkins where it wouldn't be surprising to get canned. Steak was very thin for a filet.

Arrived today, Friday, Sat at the bar and was immediately greeted by Brittney. Received bread and drinks quickly. Food arrived in a timely manner and tasted great. We had a 6 oz steak with shrimp and a bacon cheeseburger. All were cooked well with no issues. Brittney did a great job...On a related note we obtained a free shrimp side from Stacey at the Lebanon Christmas show today. She is in marketing for the store and is exceptionally nice and personable. Both Stacey and Brittney are a real benefit to the organization. Thank you both...

The food can be hit or miss on whether they prepare it right. I did like up until recently because the food, service, and atmosphere was good for the most part. However, I have to rate it low because last time I went was the third time I went there and observed both unclean plates and utensils. This was brought up 2/3 times to the servers and replacements were recieved but still. And one of those two times we recieved more dirty plates (hardened/old food bits and smears). I’m really not sure what the issue is but I have a concern for cleanliness especially considering the person I go with is immune compromised. I really recommend someone look into this.

Excellent dinner. Great service. Our waiter, Vance, really seemed to know what he was doing. And busboy, Stone, made sure the nearby tables were clean. Good stuff will definitely be returning.

Service was very slow even though the restaurant wasn’t very busy. Steaks were either overcooked or undercooked, and the waitress’s response was “oh, it’s really hard to cook that 12oz rare.” then disappeared until just before we left. Won’t be back.
