Long time customer here. Bravo used to be my go to spot. Not sure what happened but the quality has slipped dramatically. Today I ordered a large pizza and an order of buffalo wings. When I arrived the pizza was ready but they had forgotten to make the wings. So I waited. By the time I got home, the pizza was cold.
