I enjoyed the relaxing vibe.
Placed a carry out order, they left out half the bagels I ordered. I called to complain and they just never answered the phone.

Walked in today to grab a half dozen bagels. Was greeted so kindly by all employees. Each of the three employees greeted me with a smile and “good morning” - they each spoke to me with kindness. Wonderful experience and delicious bagels!

The coffee was hot & amazing and my garlic bagel was 😋 tasty.

I had to leave a review because the people at this store are so friendly. I come here often because I work in the shopping center next door. They ALWAYS welcome me with a smile. Always such happy vibes here and it’s contagious. From the gentleman in the back making food to the lady and gentleman at the front doing check out— all around amazing staff. Thank you to the team at Einstein!

Incredible bagels
Not sure what it is about Einstein Bagels but I will travel out of my way to get their Bagels. They are so delisious and beat the competetors like Dunkin' donuts, Wegmans, Giant and many of the local retailers that sell bagels. I wish there were more Einstein Bagels so lesson my travels. The service was friendly and the atmosphere is typical for a bagel shop as I do not purchase bagels for the atmosphere haha.

I get a Lox bagel from Manhattan bagel frequently. Thought I would try Einstein. Big mistake!! It was sloppily put together with very little lox and the lox was all at one end and the tomato at the other. Taste was mediocre. Drink was spilling all over and they told me not to worry about it they would clean it up. duh. Another customer told me not to even try to put a straw in it. Last trip there. Back to Manhattan bagel for good!!
