Really good everything bagels with cream cheese my personal fav is the green onion cream cheese and the vegetable cream cheese the cream cheese is whipped so it's really soft like whipped butter if your a bagel person you'll like the bagels

I ordered from Door Dash on 02/10/2024 Nova Lox and Avocado Veg Out Sandwich. They didn't put any filling on it, just 2 bagels and that's it. I ordered again through UberEats and they didn't put Hash Brown on it. Also, when I add Sea Salt Cheaps to the order, they never put chips on it at all

The absolute slowest service at any Einstein's buy far ever experienced. 3 people were standing around, not knowing what to do. Not ever coming back.

Rough experience. Bagel selection was very limited. 20min to get my order. Same with the person next to me who waited 20min and their order was messed up.

This place needs to get organized.

Seems like they prioritize the web orders vs the people in the store.

I've been going here almost daily for over 2 months now. I'm not really sure what has happened for this place to deteriorate so fast, but today they not only made my sandwich wrong, but there was hair in it. I took it back and got a new sandwich made because, hey, it was a freak accident, it happens. The new sandwich they made me had eggshells in it. Very cool!

Just came in for a bagel and a drink, ordered my lox bagel and a small drink. The bagel was sloppy and hardly any salmon on it. I stood in line for a bit and finally got to order as the girl stared at me not finalizing my purchase until she got a tip for doing nothing. The small cup for a beverage cost 2.89? Seemed a bit odd plus they only had coke products nothing diet free or ice tea. Not very much help there and a messy sandwich with no napkins. And they want a tip. Never again.

I came in here to buy a dozen bagels for a vacation trip. I have not been here in probably over 20 years. Upon walking into the store, I had this bad smell. I looked at the carpeting and it was so dirty and smelled. I approached the girls at counter to place my order and they seemed to be confused on who was going to get me the dozen bagels. One girl was making sandwiches and the other girl was standing in front of the register, making no attempt to get the bagels for me, but I was patient. Also there’s nothing worse than going into an establishment and the whiff of bad smell hits you in the nose. It doesn’t make it appetizing to purchase the food from there. I hope Einstein Bagel’s accepts this feedback and makes some changes!

I’ve been coming here for years, I absolutely love it! However, a few years ago when I came in at 6am on Sunday to get my usual dozen, there was trouble. I ordered a dozen poppy and the lady grumbled about how I was wiping her out and how I should call ahead for Sunday orders. I worked night shift so doing that was a no go. It was really rude and unnecessary, especially considering they always run out of fresh bagels by 8am. Other than that this place has been my go to ever since the one in Exton closed and became a Starbucks. Their bagels are so soft and tasty, I will never stop buying them.

Love this place! Great service and what a wonderful variety of bagels. The coffee is really good too. Wish we had one closer to home, but we'll be back!
