Screwed up an EXTREMELY simple door dash order. Asked for 3 cinnamon sugar bagels unsliced, untoasted, no smear and got 3 plain bagels instead. All they had to do was put the correct item in the bag, but apparently that was too difficult for this location.

I hate that I have to give this place one star because I really do love their bagels. HOWEVER, they are rarely available due to most of the good ones being sold out before 9am. I have no clue how they manage to run out of so many bagels THAT early every single day when they are supposed to be open until 2pm. I’ve been turned away at least 3 times out of the last 5 days I’ve tried to stop in to grab one (I was there before 10am each time). The store almost never answers the phone, so you can’t even call to check before wasting your gas on the drive over there. And if you try and order ahead on the app it won’t even tell you if what you ordered is out of stock smh. It usually ends up being more frustrating than what it’s worth. Save yourself the hassle.
Ice coffee has too much syrup sweetener. It was better before you changed it.

Ptetty hard to mess up a toasted bagel with cream cheese. They never toasted it and put almost no spread on it at all so basically esting dry bread. And it was nearly 6$ no thanks

Went to pick up bagels for Christmas day. We got our first snowfall of the year, so I had to go in a little early to pick them up place the order online it was about 27 $30 ordered some smear and a few bagels when I arrived there, I ordered breakfast and some muffins to go And all the total was about 60 some dollars. Drove all the way home and realize that they didn't put the smear in the bag when I called to make them aware of it yesterday it was a complete fiasco and the manager of the store explained me he was the franchise manager and owner And he was rude and explain to me that it was my fault that I didn't get my smear because I didn't look in the bag or I didn't grab the smear out of the refrigerator when I asked him to give me a refund on my credit card, he said he could not do that. When I asked him could you please send me a gift card for the balance of what I spent for the smear he said he cannot do that either . He said it was completely my fault. Because it was up to me to make sure that it was in the bag before I left. I told him I did not think it was my job to make sure that he fulfilled my order that I paid for completely and utterly ignorant and rude. I've never had such bad service in my life. I will never return their.

Love, love, love the bagels here! I drive 45 minutes to get my usual dozens of cinnamon raisin bagels. Friendly, great staff! Always cheery and friendly. So polite! I look forward to my bagel runs. ?

Einstien Bagels is in the business of food, but more importantly Hospitality! John Reilly, the GM of this busibess has no business being employed in this industry! His Creed is Greed above all else!
