Super excited to find a Lobsterroll place in the area. The Lobsterrolls were not too pricey compared to other places and you can have various topings on them - with and without bun as well. Indoor and outdoor seating are available.

Food came out quick and hot, the steak and lobster had great texture and flavor, and priced reasonably. Would recommend to a friend 10/10!

just went to the sea isle city nj location. was very excited to try. 30.00 for extra lobster on 2 pieces of romaine lettuce. what’s joke not enough food for a 2 yr old. paid for extra lobster. i called the store after returning home and got some bs response. Will NEVER go back and will spread the word to avoid at all costs. This was an all time ripe off. Have to order a pizza. Terrible

I did takeout for my husband’s birthday so I don’t know about atmosphere (my daughter picked up). The lobster rolls were fantastic and the fries order was huge. And the fries were even good reheated the next day. I will order again for sure! No photos. We were busy devouring.

We ordered two jumbo rolls and the NE Clam Chowder soup on 8-1-25. We've been eager to try this location since we have been to the Cape May location last year. SKIP the soup, very watery and not many clams. The rolls were just OK when I compare them to another company that has trucks that appear in different locations. Will not be back.

The wife and I were out and about and decided to try the Waterside location in Lakewood Ranch Fl. I have to say im a bit of a critic because we have family in Maine and have tasted all ends of the spectrum of lobster rolls from amazing to terrible and this place makes a great Lobster rolls with a spot on price comparable to Maine and other restaurants in the area. The staff member we dealt with was super nice I wish I would have got his name, but I do know he was from Jersey and had great knowledge knew the product well. We had 2 Connecticut rolls and they were great. I would say this place is worth checking out. Theres only outdoor seating, but you can easily walk around waterside and find a spot to kick back and enjoy or walk out enjoy their outdoor seating and it will complement their lobster rolls very well. They also have nice little selection of beers/beverages and a whole N/A fridge too.

Absolutely hate it! I took one bite of it and wrap it back up. I can taste cross contamination of the lobster/seafood taste with the cheesesteak. The worst cheesecake I ever had. Won't be back!!

Quincy’s Lobster Roll at Waterside Place: As someone who grew up in the Northeast and knows a thing or two about authentic New England-style lobster salad, I can confidently say that Quincy’s Lobster Roll at Waterside Place is absolutely delicious. The lobster was incredibly fresh, perfectly sweet, and generously portioned. The roll itself was just the right texture—soft and slightly toasted—and let the quality of the lobster shine. This was a true taste of home, and I’ll definitely be back!

It's alright.

Food was good. Had only 1 guy working. Other guy was going homework or something in the back.

Just came in here for the first time after seeing on google.. I normally don't write reviews, but I'm all for supporting franchise owned and small businesses. Don't let the prices scare you, you're getting delicious food all around. Lobster roll came with actual pieces (chunks) of lobster, where most places tend to usually have bits of lobster mixed in with everything else. Lobster was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious! The lobster mac was cheesy, also had chunks of lobster, and was seasoned appropriately! I also had the bisque.. and well you can never go wrong with lobster bisque.
