The ice cream is really good, doesn't have too many flavors but it's worth the money, I think is one of the top 5 ice creams that I ever tried.

Friendly staff but awful ice creams. We ate the frozen custard cups, tried all flavours, and all are just terrible. It was as if we were eating frozen butter.

Loved the black raspberry custard!

Omg they are so sweet because even after the fact of them being closed, I saw all young employees with a smile taking orders that they were still able to take. The amazing individuals names were Tori, Lila and John. You don’t see such great care these days especially through the younger generation. It was incredible! Thanks Paoli Rita’s!!!

Rita's is always a good stop, especially on a hot day. The consistency of product at all locations is excellent; you always know you're getting a quality, tasty treat wherever you are.This location is a little difficult to see from the street as the shopping center sits back from the roadway about 20 yards or so, but your GPS will guide you in if your in thr Paoli/Malvern area.

I have been going to this location for years. The custard/water ice is consistently good, and many flavors are always available. The workers are friendly and consistently there to help. Although they serve different items, Handel's is overrated compared to Rita's dessert. Overall a great place I will keep returning to!

The line was a bit long, but it moved fairly quickly, and they were really nice when I needed to run back to the car since I didn’t grab enough cash.

The employees were very sweet. They made my ice fast and the pretzels were good too. Sophia, tori, Ella, and Amelia were very nice.
