So glad to see Olive Tree Bistro open again! Always great Mediterranean food at a reasonable price and especially nice that they are a BYOB. My wife and I shared the Mediterranean platter with lamb kabobs. Healthy and delicious.
What a pleasant surprise to find out that this same family owns the Olive Tree on Rt113 in Downingtown, Pa. I moved out of the area last year and had returned to visit. There is a new menu which was delightful. The spinach pie was the best I have had. The lemon chicken also was excellent. The dinner portion was large enough for 2 meals. Great Greek food in Eastern Chester County. We had the appetizer sampler, which was fresh & delicious, just enough for 2. Then we split the chicken taverna, which was expertly prepared. But even though we split the entree, it was still much, and we ended up taking the rest home. Great value, great food, nice atmosphere. Will definitely be back.
