Barista couldn't make a $6 tall pumpkin chai correctly & gave me attitude when I asked to fix it. Fine. Next time I will take my $$ elsewhere in Paoli. Starbucks, things like THIS is why you're in a downward spiral.

My go-to Starbucks in Paoli for matcha latte and chai latte. Their croissants are good too. I also like the relaxed ambience of this place, it has a chill, not too busy vibe. Great location, staff is friendly and the place is spacious and clean.

This is the ONLY Starbucks I can go to over and over and have whatever I order done correctly! Last week I went to 4 different locations, gave them the same order and every one did my drink WRONG. IT IS A WASTE of my time to go to any other Starbucks. Paoli staff are friendly, speedy and most importantly get my drink correctly!
Vegetarian options: Plain egg bites, desserts and drinks
Now tell me why I just paid $6 for a drink that was 90% ice? I prefer not to have to jump through hoops to get my money’s worth so I’ll be supporting my local coffee shop from now on. Just deleted the app, y’all just lost one loyal customer. ✌️

My Lavender Latte mistakenly had EVOO in it, which took over the lavender flavor, but I usually enjoy their coffees. Breakfast sandwiches are good, but I wish you could customize them with a sauce or extra cheese.

I do not recommend going in as soon as they open because they don't hide the fact that they are pissed about it lol I was very confused by how miserable and bothered everyone looked in there until I read some other comments and realized I wasn't the only one who felt that way. Coffee was perfect at least.
