Lucky 8 Noodle + Sushi Bar

We had an incident at this restaurant that we had to write a in person complaint with manager on duty (Samantha Aponte). She gave us the name of the server (Bing) that we were putting the complaint in for. When we were told to call in to see if someone higher was able to follow up with our complaint. She answered the phone and we reminded her why we were calling and she directed us to another manager on duty. The manager on site gave us a completely different story that Samantha had told her (which wasn’t the situation or complaint she took down from us that day). We then got back on the phone with Samantha and she completely acted like she forgot about what had happened that day, which made us feel she didn’t even put in the correct/or complaint at all. She told us that she wasn’t there to “witness” it so she doesn’t think it happened, and also that what we told her she never relayed to the other managers. We find this to be very dishonest, and distasteful. The situation that occurred that day resembled “favoritism” and lack of care for customers/lack of professionalism. Very disappointed in managerial team and server (bing) who we have complained about his customer care/performance before.

The shrimp dish we had was quite good but scallop was overly fishy. Service is ok but bit slow despite not being busy. Tends to be less crowded than the italian restaurant and the line to get in is shorter than the buffet so it's convenient.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this establishment last night. The management is clearly disorganized and unresponsive to concerns. It felt like no one was in charge, and the lack of leadership was obvious in the overall atmosphere.
Even more unacceptable was the behavior of the kitchen staff. Not only were they unprofessional, but they were outright disrespectful. I witnessed and personally heard rude comments, dismissive attitudes, and a complete lack of courtesy. It’s one thing to have a bad day, but this behavior seemed to be the norm, not the exception. I was waiting 45 mins for my food , i actually got a refund before I even ate that’s how long I had to wait and it was my wife birthday. I will never be returning.

We had a great experience. We ordered the chicken with cashew nuts. It was a very large portion and it was delicious! Our waitress was super helpful and friendly.

Food was very good!!! Wonton soup delicious, egg rolls nice and crispy, shrimp lo mein was tasty and filling. Service was good except 5 minutes wait to be seated. Restaurant had only one table occupied.

Worst kung poa chicken I have had in a while. Not even close to authentic. Stuffed with cheap vegetables to save money. Chef right in front of you stuffs oranges in his mouth and doesnt wash his hands. Absolutely disgusting!

Went for dinner by myself, sat at the bar, no wait. Best Chinese I've had in awhile and relatively low price for a casino restaurant. Got a little busy while I was there and they seemed a bit understaffed for the dinner crowd.

Not a huge reviewer all in all, but feel compelled to rave about this place. Thank you Bing (my server), and Karen (the manager), You and your staff made my stay unforgettable. The Singapore Noodles were exceptional and the Cucumber Salad might be the best I've ever eaten. Great find!! Will be back!!
