This place was off the chart delightful!! The food was great. the hospitality was second to none, and the whole experience was so pleasurable. It is a beautiful home and very well kept and extremely clean. Ruth went out of her way to get us a seat among a tour bus and we had a table pretty much to ourselves. Highly recommend this experience if you want a meal in the home of the Amish.

The Samuel and Ruth Lapp House offers an excellent dining experience. Fresh bread and spreads are served, followed by a delicious salad and main courses of tender roast beef and chicken. Mashed potatoes and noodles accompany the meals. Desserts include apple crumble with ice cream and fruit pudding. The staff provides pleasant and attentive service, making it a kid-friendly spot with ample parking. This location is great for big parties and Amish meals, with very tasty food and a sweet family. Service is quick but not rushed, and everyone feels at home.
