This is a small business. Great coffee. Friendly staff. Also offers muffins and other baked goods. Good location.

Not impressed at all. Badly mixed smoothies and dry clumped cookies do nothing for me or my guests and the prices and attitudes need real adjustment just a hole in the wall on the side of the road, a drive-thru we thought we might find a pleasant surprise. Wrong

We dropped in for the first time for a tea and a latte. Very nice young women here but a bit of a strange setup. You can drive through, or walk up to the window, but there is nowhere to sit inside or out. No garbage can either! Be careful - it is very loud outside with the Route 30 traffic.

Latte Luv is our go-to for a special coffee treat when we need it at work. They have a nice variety of flavors, and sugar free options if that's what you prefer. Their sugar free vanilla latte is one of my favorites, and my coworkers all love their salted caramel lattes. The lattes are very affordable, and the to-go cups always have a cute little sanitary cover over spout of the lid! Service is great, and the lattes greater! Definitely one of my favorite coffee spots.

The drink menu here is the best anywhere in the area still they show no responsibility to the community during a health emergency. No face masks being worn. Bad decision.

Seems to be a rapid growth of coffee and latte and smoothie and specialty drink places popping up all over Lancaster since we moved here 20 years ago. This one is no better or worse in product then anyone else though the prices seem on the high side. It’s a drive up which is nice but they don’t wear masks. I parked nearby and rather then wait in a line of five cars used the walk up window. The young girl at the window had no mask nor did the two who came out while I was ordering. Nor did the young lady unloading goods from the trunk of a car and walking in and out of the place. In fact I was the only one wearing a mask. Seems a touch foolish these days. Wish them luck.

One and done for this place. Ordered two drinks for my daughter and I. A strawberry banana smoothie and a mango. Upon driving off we realized the drinks were wrong. Drove back to be told we couldn’t get replacements because we left the window too long ago. Had to make a u turn on a busy roadway and then wait behind three cars to get back to the window. Even then it was 15 min. Bad attitude. And try puttin masks on rude people.

No way. Don’t need my coffee fix so bad I’m going to risk what they’re selling. No masks means no heart or concern for anyone. Drive on by.

We have noticed both my wife and I that each time we stop at this place none of the ladies at the window wear masks. It’s always bothered us since the State does require them in light of the ongoing health emergency. Finally today with my wife in tow I asked the young lady why she wasn’t wearing a mask. Her answer reminded me why youth and perhaps brains is wasted on the young. In a rather glib fashion the young lady said that when all of the nonsense is over - her words - no one will remember who wore masks and who didn’t and life and their business will go on - again her words. We beg to differ. Clearly the statement here is we don’t care whether you get the virus just buy our coffee and get lost. So we did get lost, we left and she’s wrong because we won’t come back. And I feel confident that a lot of other people feel the same. At our youngest sons science fair at school this week there was a lot of discussion among parents and teachers about those who refuse to comply with safety guidelines, particularly local businesses. Why invest in and patronize a business that shows no care for the customer. That makes no sense. People will remember.

What we do at home in our private lives with regard to wearing masks and social distancing is our choice. We make the decisions hopefully considering the advice and guidelines put forth by the medical experts. BUT - businesses are required to have their employees wear masks and the public is required to wear them when going into or making contact with those businesses. This has been the case going back months and it is impossible for anyone not to know this. So why is this coffee stand ignoring the safety guards and putting its customers at risk of illness or worse.

What the hell? So if we want a cup of coffee or some smoothie or latte or whatever my wife and I have to risk a killer virus. Social distancing and wearing masks is all we have at this point. It’s the recommendations of the best experts and the law in this state for months now but this business chooses to ignore the issue entirely. What could they possibly be thinking. Where’s your conscience? A great cup of coffee is not worth the risk or the endangering of customers. Cannot believe anyone in light of the horror of this year would find this appropriate. What the hell has happened to our compassion.

If I were writing this review a year ago there would not be enough stars available to award the place. The drinks are amazing and the baked goods are delicious. Our family adores this place and looks forward to trips up to Lancaster just for the stop. So why show such disregard for customers by not wearing masks. No one in the place is wearing a mask. You drive up to a window and the woman that opens has no mask on and is right on top of you.. No justification for this. Is there anybody in this state or country that doesn't know you must wear masks. The kids and I were disappointed but if you won't respect our safety then we won't be around.

I've waited in seemingly endless lines with my daughter and granddaughters to enjoy some of the many fantastic lattes they have as well as the cookies. I've brought friends and even picked up drinks to take to our Mahjong games. Clearly by the lines of cars this place is beloved. so why aren't the customers re

I will state right up front that i miss my lattes and cookies, but I have been unable to go to this place for several months. Management here apparently made the decision not to have their employees wear masks while we face a deadly virus that kills. I know because it killed my husband in May. I too have a condition that makes me susceptible to the virus. I don't understand why these young ladies will not wear masks to protect themselves and others. Not just because its the law but because its the right thing to do. I'm a very big fan of this place and their drinks and baked goods are so good. But I cannot risk getting this virus and despite the rather rude response from the young lady, I did have the right to ask why she wasn't wearing a mask. There are a few businesses in the area like this one whose staff do not observe the safeguards put into place to protect all of us. We talk about them at our community groups and even at church. and we pray for all. This virus is deadly, and those that get it suffer before they pass. I know this because its changed our lives forever. I wish the owners of this business would reconsider their decision. I for one would love to come back again with friends. Its just a shame.
