Honestly I don't usually do this, but it's been so frustrating. I ask, every single time, for extra lettuce on my mobile order. Every single time I feel like they give me less than normal. I decided to try getting a salad instead because then there would definitely be more lettuce.... NOPE. About 10 strands of shredded lettuce. My gf and I decided to ignore the reviews and check this location out. It was actually delicious. Ingredients were fresh, her bowl was filled to the brim, and my burrito was as big as my head. (I have a large head). They do have to clean up a bit, but a busy business is going to show in this regard. Either way ignore the bad and eat here. I was pleasantly surprised.
As two Chipotle lovers, we were excited to visit this new location! However, we were incredibly unimpressed. When we entered around 8 on weeknight, the entire restaurant was empty. We could barely one employee back in the kitchen, who did not acknowledge us. We stood at the counter for long enough that we started to doubt whether the restaurant was even open. Chipotle Mexican Grill serves good food. The staff at some locations are friendly and professional. At the Parksburg location, the staff is friendly and the store is clean and well stocked. However, at other locations, the customer service can be a problem. Some staff members speak to customers in a disrespectful way and can be loud. The restaurants can also be dirty, with tables having crumbs from previous customers. The night shift crew can be confused on how to run the register. Despite this, the food is often hot and fresh. Some customers have had problems with their orders, such as missing ingredients or extra items. Chipotle Mexican Grill often runs out of watermelon limeade, but the staff can make an effort to make a new batch if asked. Overall, the experience can be hit or miss, but the food is generally good.
