Went there two days in a row. First day was for their spaghetti and the second day was for pizza. Both were delicious. People were nice. And the prices were decent. Great local place for above average food.
So disappointing! We've been going to Rocco and Anna's for years and it's generally really good. However, we had the worst meal there on Saturday. I had a bowl of shrimp bisque which tasted like cream of chicken soup. I sent it back. I also had chicken parm (which I always get) which was virtually tasteless. The other member of my party had the seafood pasta with scallops and shrimp. The scallops were disgusting and the sauce was watered down. Anytime the owners are there, the food is excellent. When they aren't there, well, I'm not sure what's going on. They were not there when we visited on Saturday. I'm sorry to have to post this, but we spent over $100 and I think the owners should be aware. The bright spot was our usual server, Luisa.

The Sicilian Pizza is our favorite. Sometimes we get Cheese fries as well.
Photo of leftovers next day 😋 We order for takeout, easy parking out front for quick pickup.

Cute atmosphere, decent service, but food was disappointing, especially for the price. We were served bruschetta with very underripe tomatoes. Shrimp bisque was a little bit fishy with a flour taste. Meatballs were flavorless and the sub lacked enough marinara. Ziti a la vodka also bland and served with tiny pieces of salmon instead of a filet.
Best Italian Sub anywhere

Terrible!!! Absolutely horrible
Our first day moving to town, my boyfriend and I were walking the streets checking everything out when I saw this place and wanted to get dinner. That was truly what set my love for Rocco and Anna's in motion. It was the middle of the week in December, so there wasn't much going on anywhere, but they sat us down, were so incredibly polite and very proper (every one of the wait staff was dressed very nice) and the food and service was honestly incredible. As a Parkesburg resident for nearly half a year now, I feel incredibly honored to have the blessing on our town that is Rocco and Anna's. Every time we have friends over from all over the east coast, I make sure to get food for everyone here, so they can have an ending to a great day in none other than iconic Parkesburg fashion.
Keep up the amazing work, folks.

Bartender is horrendous. Asked for a menu right away while ordering a drink. Myself and one other person at the bar. (Not busy). Would not take my food order. Had to ask again to order food and she said in a few minutes and never came to take my order. Could only make one drink at a time for the restaurant. Could not multi-task. And was constantly touching her face/eye glasses then putting her hands in the fruit garnishment containers. Plus a standard margarita is $21.95 which is really high.

Absolutely fantastic! The chicken parm was on point and the sauce was very flavorful. The garlic cheese bread had some of the tastiest butter on it. I also got a side of sausage and it was very delicious and not overcooked. Definitely recommend!
