Worse subway ever the food is disgusting and old could not even eat my sandwich due to it taste old and stale like it’s been sitting for years could make a better sandwich in the microwave at home don’t waste you time here or get your kids sick with their old stale food
I called them and i was canceling an order. A forty dollar order that was through the app and gonna be DoorDashed. It was the wrong store that’s why I was cancelling and I let them know. They won’t refund the money because DoorDash said I had to go through the store. The line was “busy” so I used my partners phone and little did you know it wasn’t. I come here all the time. Not anymore . Do better. You guys are disgusting especially during tough times like now. Don’t eat from this rat infested store. If this is what you guys have for business ethics I will take my money elsewhere.

Being the only fast sandwich place around I'm constantly swearing this place off and then coming back for more disappointment. At times this place provides as expected but the consistency is below average. The quality of delivery is below average, they take very little care with delivery food. Hard bread, rock churros, wrong sauces it's incredibly frustrating. I'm tired of pretending this is a quality run store.

The team at this Subway is always so friendly and welcoming! They truly make you feel right at home as soon as you walk in. The ingredients are always incredibly fresh, and you can taste the difference in every bite. I love bringing both family and coworkers here—it's always a hit! If you're looking for quality and great service, I highly recommend stopping by this location.

What a difference on customer service day and night from the other subway were manager customer service was terrible that no word can describe it.

Beware if your order from this Subway through their app. We placed an order for deliver on Tuesday night. I ordered from the Subway app through DoorDash and the app said the guy was down the road a bit for quite a while, he called and said he was here- definitely wasn’t. We have a Ring camera so I was also looking through that. Then the app says delivered.. I called DoorDash who said I have to contact Subway. Zero phone numbers so I called the store. I could barely understand the woman but she told me it was delivered at our house, then hung up on me. I called again which then I talked to an older man who said no, our food is still here.. so whose food was “delivered”?? I asked for a refund like 5 times, they wouldn’t even listen to me. So I called my bank and will dispute it through them.

The first and last time will ever step foot into this subway , not sure if it’s the owners, managers who who it is but an older man and women were working ( in assuming married couple / owners ) particularly the man is the rudest person I’ve ever had the “
Pleasure “ of encountering . I stopped in with my 7 year old son and 12 year old daughter around 7 pm on Wednesday June 5th 2024 , we had every intention of ordering and eating, my 7 year old needed to use the bathroom , the man was no where even in sight at this time only the women was present making someone else’s food , I walked my son to the PUBLIC bathroom , that was NOT locked , nor is there any signs or any thing posted that u “ need to be a paying customer” to use said bathroom , I was with my very picky daughter who’s never even had subway before and she was trying to find something she wanted on the very expensive , and frankly not very appetizing menu , at this point it’s only us and the 2 workers in the store , she decided she wanted to eat somewhere else , in which we have every right to do , so we head to walk out and here comes the man asking “ what’s wrong what’s the problem?” I said oh no problem but we decided on something else , thanks anyway . Well this just apparently pissed him right off , and he starts flying off the handle talking something about how “ he knows “ people like me ?” Who come in to use the bathroom and then not pay “ ????? Ummmm first off sir , my SEVEN year old CHILD is the one who used the bathroom , not me , and it was very much unlocked and available for the public , if that’s not the case then why not put a damn sign up stating it ???? Or lock the damn door so people are required to then ask for a key and u can then let them know if this is said policy ??? Which is all what I said / asked him ? But I couldn’t really understand most of what he was saying due to a language barrier, I then said I would get a drink , or even pay him if it’s such a big deal , at which point him and the women are now saying “ no no no “ and not accepting my payment ?? But yet he’s still going on and on ? Making my poor child and myself extremely uncomfortable now all for deciding that we didn’t want to eat his over priced BS “ sand which “ ???? Never the hell again will we step foot into a subway . Work on your customer service skills if you’re going to own / work at a place like that ? Seems to me they hate their jobs ? Then get a new one ? Don’t take it out on others ? Horrible attitude and should be ashamed .

Nice place
Always friendly staff who always smile and say hello! Which anymore is a dime a dozen and very much appreciated everytime I stop in! I do online app orders usually and it is always ready when I arrive!

I ordered ahead. When I picked it up they made a comment about how long it took me to pick up COLD sandwiches. I think I will go to the subway further away they are nicer and do not care when I pick
