“Being from Michigan, we've got certain foods that we've had or have ate in our lifetime that are just a 'thing' for us. My girlfriend is from Louisiana, and i feel like they pretty much eat anything. So when I told her about a Pastie -- and how we ate it any time we went hunting in the UP in MI, and she gave me this crazed look.... I knew at some point i was going to have to get her to try one. Let's get up to current day --- i was looking for a place where we could go eat dinner and came across Mr. Pastie on Yelp. Amazed and shocked -- i checked out the pictures and knew that i had to get some of them to try. I came in during the morning -- and WOW the selection was huge. Never had i saw some one do a philly style, mexican, or cordon bleu pastie. My mind was blown. I purchased SEVERAL. Some that I was eager to try, some more basic ones i could give to my girlfriend and my roommate (who was from Mississippi). It was a hit. It was great to be able to share some well crafted pasties with my friends and family and share some of my "home-style" food with them. Onto the store --- it's very small, but everyone in side was extremely friendly. Especially when they found out that I was from Michigan. They even wanted some tips and feedback from me on how they tasted. So --- here is my feedback. Delicious. Tips? Go try one. You can eat it plain, top it with ketchup, hot sauce, or gravy (chicken/beef/turkey), or come up with your own thing. Hidden treasure, 100%.”

“Honestly, in my opinion, the best Chinese food in the area. Their food is always fresh. You can tell they just made it, not like others who just make a heap that night and serve you a portion from that. Their rice is so good you could eat it plain without anything. Seriously, they are Profesionals at cooking. And to top everything off, they are so very kind to us, and have even come to know us and our usual order since we just keep coming back! “Admittedly, we stayed away from this pizzeria for at least a year because a couple of times we had pizza delivered it was very inconsistent. However, we went here last week to dine in, had the grandma pie, and it was GREAT… and even better reheated as leftovers. Our server was incredibly nice, and it was just very pleasant in there. Can’t wait to go back for the grandma pie.!”

“So I went to pick up my food from here I had a catered some empanadas and a beef stew for my son's first birthday I was very pleasantly surprised at how good the food was and being from the islands I also tasted some bacala that they had there which really pleased me as a local business I absolutely support this place and you should too not off of my account but try it for yourself I'm sure you'll be happy with the service you get.”

“My daughter and I stopped by there today for the first time. I have seen it several times when I have been at the hair salon nearby but had not tried it as of yet. I ordered the fish tacos and my daughter got the chicken thigh bowl. Everything was fresh and was really tasty. I loved how crisp the soft taco wrap was and my daughter really enjoyed the bowl she ordered. The service was very quick and the young man beyond the counter was very helpful and very friendly. The restaurant was very clean and has unique tables and decor. I will definitely be back!”

“I just went in there for the first time yesterday. Not sure why I was putting off going but I'm not a huge wings person but I like to support local businesses so I figured I'd give it a try. The gentleman who was at the counter was amazingly helpful in helping me decide which sauce to get because there are so many choices! The food was absolutely fantastic. I ordered the boneless wings in a Sriracha honey sauce and it was so delicious! I also ordered the cornbread and the banana pudding and both were delicious. The cornbread was actually made on site and warm. I will definitely be going back there and I recommend everybody stopping and try it and say hello. The decor is really pretty and the staff is super friendly! You can also order online and they have an app as well.”

Escargot, seared scallops, foie gras & fried calamari.Salmon tartar: love the sauce, very refreshing and it matched with the salmon so well, it comes with the crispy toasts, it gave the crunchiness from the soft salmon texture.Escargot: it wrapped inside the puff, I personally think it’s too much of the puff or not enough escargot inside. I barely tasted the escargot, I would prefer the traditional escargot dish just with garlic butter.Seared scallops: top notch! Perfectly cooked and seasoned, well done dish! Must have!Foie gras: OMG, full of favors, a lot of favors in a bite that melt in your mouth. Another Must have!Fried calamari : I love they have fried zucchini and jalapeños in it to balance out the texture from the calamari .Main entrees we had risotto, monk fish and chicken masala. Great portion. All main were a bit too salty for us, but still tasted good and we enjoyed them.All of the dishes had great presentation which I enjoyed them and think it’s important.I reserved the table online and wrote down it’s for my bf birthday celebration, they did not forget and bring out the panna cotta at the end with a candle and birthday song. Thank you for the wonderful dinner experience.Kid-friendliness: We came with 3 kids and didn’t have any problems. The server liked my youngest and kept complimenting him.”

“I can't say enough about this place. It is just as good or even better than the big chain Rodizios. They don't do the salad bar anymore, but that's okay with me; I only want the meat anyway. They will bring classic sides to the table, though. This restaurant is over an hour away from us, but our go-to spot when going out for special occasions. Definitely use the online reservation system.”

“I went here for a couple hours on a Monday afternoon and it was great! There were people in and out mostly the whole time, and the feel of the place is very comfortable.I got the Lavendar Latte, and it was ok. Tasted very planty to me, but thats pro ablg just me. But the texture was nice and creamy!My brother got a pistachio muffin, and he said it was delicious.There is plenty of comfortable seating, including a couch, small tables, cushioned chairs, and a large dining table. There are also multiple easily accessible outlets for laptops and devices.They also have a super cute betta fish lol.Overall, I would recommend 7th Street Coffee because they have good vibes for getting work done, and it wasn't too loud, it was very comfortable.”
