Momento Restaurant is a wonderful, exceptional, and highly recommended dining experience in the Poconos and Stroudsburg. Consistently the very best restaurant, it is a 5-star, secret gem hidden in PA, reminiscent of a 5-star NYC restaurant. The food is fantastic, top tier, exquisite, authentic, and inspired traditional Italian cuisine. It is fancy but not pretentious, handmade by a real chef, and priced reasonably. Dishes from the truffle tasting menu to a simple plate of chicken parmigiana are exquisitely presented and delicious. The restaurant is extremely accommodating, with knowledgeable service for dietary needs like gluten free, even offering gluten free tapioca bread. The cocktails and drinks are fantastic. The atmosphere is amazing, intimate, romantic, and small with no loud music. The service is amazing, spot on, always exceptional, and dedicated to providing a phenomenal dining experience without rushing guests. It is a must try.
