It’s a Saturday afternoon and sauntered into the local Popeye’s location to check out the menu.
Geddy, the counter person, helped me decide between all the menu choices.
First time here and just wanted some crispy fried chicken.
I placed an order for a four piece meal plus one side for $15.86 and the next customer quickly ordered a $6.99 meal. I asked the gal behind the counter why the $6.99 wasn’t posted and she asked what we ordered and she’d make it right!...read full review
We stopped through the drive thru and ordered 20 PC chicken tenders with 6 BBQ sauce for $40.27. When we got home, we found they gave us only 12 pcs. I called them to tell them what happened. They asked for the receipt which had become unreadable due to getting wet. We only wanted them to charge us for the 12 pc, instead of 20. They said that we needed to drive back (25 mins) for them to do anything. We are not going back with the wet, unreadable receipt or now....never....read full review

We placed order via mobile, on 9/21/2022. The order details told us to go to the drive through. It was about 10.50 pm and according to your web site and the shop’s “Open” sign, it is clear that the store was open.
When I went to the drive through, no one was there. When I looked through my car’s window to their window, I saw the lady manager is having conversations and not paying any attention to the customer.
