What a waste of a night after a long day at work! We decided to try for the first time L&I based on their reviews. We arrived at 6:30 and was told wait would be 30 min, then they said 60 min max. We decided to wait due to us being number 6 on the list. As we were waiting, they prepared and used 1/3 of their tables for a party of 15. According to their wait list we were supposed to bw next but a party of 5 walked in and said they called earlier and they sat them. At this point it was 7:30, we waited another 30 minutes. Not a single table was turned over. The people in the booths were sitting there and not leaving. By 8pm I walked over to the waitress and told her this is ridiculous. That i should have never been told it would be less than an hour, she said she was aware that people were holding tables and there was nothing that she could do about it. Unless you call ahead, i suggest you dont eat there. I will be sure to tell all my local friends and clients about my experience. And, If they are so busy why hold 4 tables on a Friday night during lent? THEIR FACEBOOK PAGE SAYS RESERVATIONS RECOMMENDED FOR PARTIES OF 5 OR MORE, NOT 2.

I have been jonesing for my favorite pizza topping combo, PB&J (Pepperoni, Bacon & Jalapeño). This was fantastic. I have had L&I’s a few times since moving home and this took the cake. Great spot to dine in and take out.

This was a very last-minute option, but I have no regrets whatsoever. Searching for some late night eats, this establishment was open. Plenty of parking, a good amount of seating, and friendly staff here to serve you. I was skeptical on the food, but our server mentioned a special on a pizza, which we jumped at. There was even a special on a sandwich which was very good and not overwhelming. I just had to get their chips and homemade French onion dip. I’m not much of a potato chip person, but here, they had me. Consistency was great, not crazy salty, and perfect dip. Seriously, I could eat those bad boys all day. It’s one of the places where you aren’t expecting much but they hit you in the sweet spot. I didn’t realize how hungry I was, and I kept eating. American style bar/ restaurant, homely and filling. I’m sure if you are from around these parts, you have probably heard of or been here before. If you haven’t yet, just go. Give it a shot. Or two.
