15 employees, 5 standing around doing nothing at 8 am. The counter is closed because the world is full of incompetent people who can't operate a cash register. You're supposed to order from kiosk, which only offers half of the doughnuts that they have on the shelf. How is that right? If 5 of you have time to watch me not order and walk out, they should've had time to say Hi, how may I help you or Hi, may I take your order and actually do a little work for the way to much money...read full review
They cant get it right, doesnt matter what it is, doesnt matter how much time you give them, or how many times you go back. I always order the same thing, large hot caramel craze latte, and its always room temp and somehow tastes flat, ask the for a actually hot latte, they will tell you "it is what it is", my wifes coffee with mocha and cream same thing, and my son just asked for hot chocolate with ice (because that drink they can make hot) and they refuse. I was happy to see a Dunkin' on my way to my appointment. I haven't eaten fast food in forever and decided to get the hashbrowns. What a complete waste of my calories. They were soggy, cold, smashed, and honestly disgusting. Then I tatsed my drink which was bitter and just gross.
