My Wife and I like to go for brunch on Sundays here and there. Depending on the time I feel like the food can either be very good, or pretty good. They are usually very busy during these times but I see that they are trying their best so that's always good. And the atmosphere is always upbeat and fun. Hope that helps!! ?

Its a busy place on a Sunday! The food is GOOD, service is friendly and the atmosphere is fun. Prices are median, so its affordable, but beware lunch does not start until noon on Sunday, so we had breakfast. The quiche is tall with a good crust, and the hash browns were real potatoes and not greasy, just perfect! The coffee was really my favorite part of the meal, hot, delicious and served with a smile. I will return for lunch someday soon.

Love going here for breakfast. Had county style eggs Benedict and it's my new favorite. Their poached eggs were perfect and the hint of lemon of lemon really came through in the hollandaise. Their coffee selection is also

We were looking for a unique breakfast place with great coffee and that's exactly what we found. Cafe @ The Mill has a wonderful selection of breakfast and coffee options. The sticky bun french toast was AMAZING as was the service. Highly recommend.

The coffee selection is one of my favorites. Always great, very consistent. When my mom comes in town she always asks to go here. Staff is great, always friendly.

Since my last review 11 months ago the quality of food has decreased drastically during my past two visits. Today I had the quiche of the day with turkey chili. The chili was delicious but the quiche tasted stale, the crust hard and thick and the eggs were comparable to a free hotel breakfast. And my latte was lukewarm at best. My friend said her buffalo chicken wrap was mediocre. I'm disappointed that I can't continue to support this restaurant with its friendly servers, but $42 for food I fed to my dog means I'm moving on.

We tried the meat lovers omelette, coffee and a breakfast sandwich. Meh. No complaints though. Coffee was good. When I go out to eat I expect something better than my unskilled-self can make at home. The people were all very nice and friendly.

Ordered take out two burgers cooked well done. When we came home and took a bite it was most definitely still fairly pink in the middle. Person taking my order said it will be 30min wait which is fine just make sure to cook the food to the specifics of my temp. Don't rush just make it the way I want it.

The Cafe at the Mill is a regular eatery for my husband and me. Staff is great. Food is fresh and delicious. We've pretty much worked our way through the menu. Soups are homemade with fresh varieties every day. My husband loves the buffalo chicken grilled cheese. Salads are generous portions. Burgers are excellent. Tortilla chips and salsa are made fresh every day and a standard side. There's always a breakfast or lunch special on the board. This is a must try restaurant.

Went out to Sellersville today to try Cafe @ the Mill and was not disappointed. For a Monday morning, the place didn’t have an empty seat! Started with a cappuccino which was great. I opted for a fall special of cinnamon roll French toast which came with bacon (I added some pork roll, too). The dish had a nice balance of sweet and salty and was cooked perfectly. Servers were friendly and attentive. Will definitely return to try more of their drinks and menu.
