Met friends in town for lunch at the hotel they were staying at, and due to time constraints, we ate at 13. The staff were amazing, especially McKenna, our very helpful and friendly server. The food came quickly and was hot, expertly prepared, and the portions were very generous. I highly recommend 13!
My experience of dinning is vast from Atlanta to various cities. There are not very many hopes usually for a hotel Resturant. However, it was better than expected with the Brussels Sprouts appetizer and the steak burger.
Our reservation was at 8:45am and we got there at 8:30. We were promptly seated and then we sat for 10 minutes until the same hostess that sat us came back and offered us coffee and water. It was not until another 15 minutes that the waitress came over to take our order. We never saw her again until it was time for the check, somebody else brought the food out. The total wait time for our food was close to an hour. The female manager just kept walking around, but did not assist...
