Me and my family was visiting from Dallas Texas . I was Googling Water Ice this business came up . I went to 22nd Water Ice for two days while visiting Philly my kids enjoyed ? this place. Nice little hood icecream parlor with hotdogs pretzels water-ice milkshakes etc.
Good water ice great ice cream lots of flavors hot dog , sausages and all types of goodies.No parking lot put there's always some on the street. Fast service great staff nice place to co.e grab a refreshments and keep the summer fun.
