I am a regular customer there and today I order a big order for my family over the phone for pick up. The sweet waitress took my order and asked the manager to ring us up for a total and she tells me she will not make my food and hung up on me. Of course I thought it was a misunderstanding because I always order from there so I call back and she told me on the phone we will not make. They just honestly loss a loyal customer today because I never had to go through something like that before and I am paying you to stay in business.For all those that wants to know what I order was a large order of home fries, 10 pancakes, 10 turkey sausage.
